Let me start to say for me to write a review means I have been let down more than a few times and have been pushed to the point of taking my own time to truly complain in hopes it helps. Coming from a manager I hope it just makes a difference and you strive to improve as a store and as individual employees. It’s sad this is my closest option for a target. Absolutely pitiful and does not even deserve the 1star I was REQUIRED to give. One of the worst targets around and has rude employees in all different departments. Asked for a pair of shorts off a manaquin that was the last in that size(xs) the associate looked me up and down and told me to order online that it can’t be removed. Pure laziness. I’m not an idiot and she assumed I was, clearly. I didn’t get those shorts obviously and was hurt by her judgy look on my size more than anything. Found a dress on clearance last one for $10. More times than not the clearance things I find are not truly marked down and this was just another one of those and it was the last straw. First the cashier said “some dummy must have covered the bar code when marking it down”. Proceeded to peel it off of the tag and then advised me it was not on sale and must have been sticker switched that they see it all the time. I honestly think it was so she could it herself and I left so furious without even getting my other items. Iv considered calling corporate to complain about this store I’m just baffled how this store doesn’t have worse reviews... The store is clean and merchandise quantities are good but the customer service is terrible. I live right behind this target 2 minutes drive away. I will be driving 15 minutes to the other store from now on because of how I have been treated and how many times I have been treated that way. Read moreI had a wedding registry with Target and it was a NIGHTMARE returning items when people went rogue or even double-purchased from our Target registry (not sure how that happened). When it was time to make a baby registry, we thought, "Surely that was a unique experience," and registered with Target again. It is apparently the norm, with this store, at least.
I was gifted duplicate items from my Target baby registry—the registry literally listed Desired: 1, Purchased: 2—yet when I tried to return it to Target this weekend, the cashier said that it didn't come from their store. She said that the UPC could be from another Target but she had no way of checking for us. She told me to Google the UPC and see what it said. I told her that it didn't make any sense for me to have to find and return the item to the exact Target that it came from and she replied, "I don't know what you want me to do."
I asked her to tell me why we should even have a registry with Target when this was the returning experience we'd had happen TWICE. She said, "Usually it's easy," and shrugged.
I'll be moving as many items as possible from my Target registry to my Babies R Us registry. This was a mind-bogglingly bad customer...
Read moreWorst experience of my life. Ordered drive up order. Not everything was in my order and I had 13 items. Called. No one answers. Frustrated, drive back because I live close. Go to the stand for pickup and they can’t find the rest of it so they go picking up the 5 missing items. Get told 1 item is sold out, go to customer service for a refund. Customer service was a 20 minute wait. My emotions at this point, I am about to explode. We do the return. I realized she didn’t return the correct item, so go back to the pickup area and the guy apologizes profusely. Takes the item I had returned, because customer service didn’t (again wrong item). By now, I feel I am going to rage in the store and walk knowing $6 item I didn’t receive I will just end up eating the cost on. I am now not going to trust order pickup. This should have never happened. Please review your items before you drive off. I normally ask for the items in my passenger side so I can review but today I chose to have the worker put it in the trunk. Items were missing, they aren’t answering their phones, it was a fiasco among the workers and even the workers...
