First, I want to say that the young man I worked with yesterday was new, but you can tell he was trying and he was pleasant! I have no complaints about him at all.

Second, the young lady that was training him was an absolute nightmare! I wasn’t able to get the name of course because she had her name tag turned around, but she has curly natural hair. There were two other girls and one was named Mary who was partaking in the belittling of the young man. I really hope that they are not in leadership roles because that is NOT how you train someone. No wonder there’s different people every time I come in. Someone needs to reevaluate how the people are trained. I hope to never see that...

I have visited the Towne East location three times in the last 3 weeks. Each time I was assisted by Alejandra. I had a myriad of questions which she answered happily and patiently. She also assisted me with multiple purchases and returns. And suggested items that I might be interested in that were on sale. Every time she was patient, knowledgeable, pleasant and extremely helpful. She is an amazing asset to the company and I hope that she receives the recognition and compensation that she deserves. Now that the west location closed this is the only store in town, and good luck finding boys clothes in store. More than 2/3 of the store is for girls, the boys uniform rack is a joke. The shirts are all short sleeve and the only bottoms they have are shorts. Its late fall, were lucky is we have 1 nice day a week.
