Dairy Queen / Orange Julius — Restaurant in Wichita

Very disappointed in customer service. Today 8-7-21, I ordered a strawberry orange Julius. The girl at the cash register took my order and told them older Hispanic lady so she could make it. The older lady asked, "you want berry?" I said, " no, I want it strawberry. She was told already in was an orange Julius. I corrected her to strawberry because I thought there might have been a different berry. I got my drink and walked away.

After I realized I only got strawberry and no orange, I went back to tell them. The older lady got mad and said, "I asked you if you wanted strawberry." I said, "I told you strawberry in my orange Julius like I ordered. She grumbled and took the drink and poured it down the sink. She started to remake the drink. Slaming everything she touched. She pushed the drink on the counter. I told her thank you and she grumbled again and walked off. I was very polite and calm the whole time. As I walked off I said, "Thanks for being rude."
