Master Wok — Restaurant in Wichita

I've been getting chinese food here for at least 3-4 years, and have brought my family, friends, & classmates. Over the years I've probably bought or brought customers for 400+ meals, and every time I would complete one of their punch cards I'd lose it, which is wholly my fault. But today my friend and I bought $10 worth of food together, paying in 1 transaction, and they refused to give me a punch on the punchcard even though it only says "minimum purchase of $6 or more", not "meal purchase necessary". As all of their entrees contain meat, I didn't know it would be necessary to buy food we didn't want just for the promise of Buy 9 get the 10th free! When I pointed this out, the owner (who was working the register) was very rude and stared at my friend and I as we walked to a table and disappointedly ate our lo mein. Even though I used to enjoy their 3.2 (★★★☆☆) star Google rated Chinese food, I am permanently deciding I don't want to give money to this business anymore thanks to the owner's behavior. My son and I went in today and noticed they were giving the white people full spoons of food and game my son half a scoop.When I addressed the situation and asked why are they giving the white people more I was told because they ordered 1 side instead of 2 sides so that why they got more.I paid for 2 sides of food and the 1 spoon full they gave the white lady equalled to more than the 2 half sides they gave my 14 year old son.They were very hatful to us and continued to act as if there was not a problem.This is very sad my son has to experience this type of treatment at such a young age and I shouldn’t have to explain to him that’s just the way things go in America.I will not except that type of behavior something has to be done about this especially with this being at town east mall.If nothing is done I will continue to expose this restaurant for their bias actions.I ask for all people this has happened to,to please speak up and do not support this company for their hatful treatment of their...

29Feb2024 Got to town east mall about 1015am, was so hungry for lunch. I saw the two workers behind the counter and asked if they were open. They offered me a sample and were able to take me n my wife’s order. We both were grateful and loved the food. I ordered bbq chicken, beef n broccoli with fried rice. She ordered shrimp and bbq chicken with white rice. She also loved her food. Food cost $9.99 plus tax and drink if you purchased one. $13 bucks give or take for meal per person.
