BOBALICIOUS — Restaurant in Wichita

I have NEVER posted a 1 star review. WORST VISIT TO ANY PLACE I HAVE EVER HAD. I truly believe these people do not deserve your business as they denied me and my partner service, claiming they were closed when their close Time is 8pm. It was 7:20. When confronted they tried to bribe us with a drink(at 7:45) that we tried to order half an hour ago so we wouldn't contact the management(we were also told there is no manager. There was in fact a manager) they told us they only had an owner so we took what number we could because they denied us service purely because they felt like it, and lied saying they were closed. Again, at 7:20pm. We called the number and I'm 100% sure it was their own number as I called right there and they didn't answer. Later the "manager" who is a close friend with the owner began talking and it was clear it was the same 2 employees trying not to get in trouble. Horrible HORRIBLE experience. Also, from past experience the drinks have not improved. I recently visited a boba place that left much to be desired. The ambiance was lackluster, with dim lighting and uncomfortable seating. The boba itself was a major disappointment; the pearls were overly chewy and tasted stale. The menu lacked variety, offering only basic flavors without any innovative options. Additionally, the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, providing subpar customer service. Overall, my experience was far from enjoyable, and I won't be returning to this boba establishment...

The other day I went here with my friends and we ordered boba because we wanted some boba (trust). When we got our bobas, apparently they didn't give me mine even though I ordered one! This behavior will not be accepted! And then they had the audacity to judge me thinking I wanted a free boba. This was such a waste of our money. Not only that, it was extremely watered down. I should've read the other reviews before coming here. Never...
