Personally, I feel the majority of these reviews were more than likely put here by homeless addicts that hotel staff made leave because I haven't had any of these issues in the 2 days I've been here. Room was clean, no bugs at all, no smells. The only issue we had was we booked a room with two double beds and the room we got was one king bed so my husband went to the desk and the nice gentleman at the front said house keeping was working on a double bed room and would notify us when ready. As with any lower priced hotel, there's going to be the low life's hanging around but the front desk staff have not allowed any loitering and have instantly made non guests leave the premises and they make it clear they will call the cops. This morning a very cracked out female asked my teenage son if he would pay her for favors. We never seen her again after the one incident because front desk kicked her off the property. Look, you get what you pay for. In order for the owners to keep prices low, they have no choice but to rent to lower class people who are going to break the rules and smoke and bring their friends loitering but these people do a really good job trying to keep them out of here. If you want the Marriott, pay for the Marriott and don't book a $40/night hotel. Location is awesome too! The biggest mall in Wichita literally across the street, east gate shopping center in walking distance,every restaurant you can think of within a mile. As a parent I have never put my 14 yr Son and wife in such a dirty,smelly and nasty place like this before. Just from the minute I drove in I had to wait for the front counter person for 45 minutes to just check us in. Thats, with us already going on line and paying for the room before we even got there. The we get to the the room and it's only one double bed for three people when it was supposed to be a two beds that was doubles and then the room didn't look anything like the ones on the web site that we booked the room from. But as well there was no power in the the room of any kind. Then they say they will call maintance person to come turn the power on for a room. Forty-five minutes later .I'm asking can we get the room that we paid for from the start. We are told yes and another half hour we are told to go to the room now because it was ready. We get in the room and yes it has power. But the room door had no key fab or lock and the whole that was for the key fab or lock was was just a hole in the door. That sure made us feel safe. Especially when you have people who are check in the motel asking if you know how to get some dope.Let me stay on track. Inside the room the tv was not hooked up. The covers for the ac and heat was laying on the floor,no towels,no toilet paper,no working lamps,smelly carpet,no phone in room,the toilet was plugged up and we watch cockroachs running on the ceiling. I DONT SUGGEST ANYONE TO STAY THERE AND WE LEFT AND ARE STILL WAITING FOR OUR REFUND THAT HAS NOT...

I called the front desk many times about the roaches in my room. THE ROOMS LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES ... There were not many lights a couple of lamps, one of the lamps was broken and had no bulbs and some kind of light in the ceiling over the couch in the first bedroom & only a floor lamp, and the light in the bathroom in the second bedroom... The parking lot is only lit by the car lot across the street.. I only had maybe 4 channels on the TV they has to put it on antna.... It says on their sight English is spoken... BROKEN English, and I still couldn't understand them ( spoke Asian ). Didn't care for the environment... It scared me.. There was a broken dresser and broken smoke detector that BEEPED all the time I was there....

I had to stay there for personal reasons... Me & my 2 kitties... I love my babies, I am so sorry I put them both through this place.... It's the only motel I could get an extended stay with pets allowed....

The management was extremely rude about asking me if had gotten a package.... He cussed me out, because I didn't get the door opened fast enough.... I DID NOT KNOW HE WAS THE MANAGER!!

The staff DOES NOT wear any kind of badge saying who they are & their status... I guess your just expected to know...

There are 2 buildings attached as one MOTEL.... I did not know this either!!! This is NOT...
