Customer service at this store is really really bad. Their rules, and policies change every week or day depending on what employee works that day, its frustrating. Jeannette, the manager, can't control her store, she's barely there, and some of her staff have an attitude when you ask for help (Tabatha and Jennifer). I recently had a talk with the manager Jeanette, and she made sure to let me know that she would rather for people to shop online instead of the store, but I showed her on my phone that there are things that are in store only, and unfortunately I have to buy them from her store since I live on the east side. I would much rather shop at the New Market Square Hallmark, Karen Lee and her staff are wonderful, and always have excellent customer service. They don't put excuses when it comes to let me know if an item in stock or any other questions. Read moreSelling fake Popmart products and their employees are telling customers they are real and won’t accept returns when brought back even when they are unopened. Disappointing the manager wouldn’t do anything about it when the employee was at fault for false advertising to the customers. Would be different if the employee did not verbally say they were real. The marketing sign claiming the items were fake was also not up when the item was purchased hence why the employee also told them it was real.
All we wanted was a refund for the unopened product. I’m also 99% sure it’s illegal to sell fake labubus/Popmart products so maybe just don’t sell...

She asked what we were looking for and after we told her she took us directly to the collection. After choosing our item the same lady opened the box and checked to make sure there was no damage and everything was include. We were also told about the rewards card and wished a wonderful day.
