My family and I went there this evening to watch Napoleon. Of course, we had to pick our seats in advance. One of the seats that was picked was one that was broken. We were told that we can move to seats in the back which obviously had been sold already. Are we supposed to sit on their laps? The lady at the counter said that they check the seats every night to make sure that they are working (Recline). It surely looked to me that they just wanted a ticket sale, that clearly was the most important aspect here. There was a seat that wasn't sold in the row that we were in and a simple move would have worked. There were 2 people who came in after this was brought to their attention. Since there were 2 in that family, they easily could have been asked to move down one seat which would have allowed my family to sit together. That obvious and simple solution was not workable BUT going to sit on other people's laps somehow is workable? After all of the money that I have spent here, I can honestly say that I will not be heading back to this theater. There are several other ones out there that would be very happy to take my money. With this, I didn't even mention about the popcorn. We got a large popcorn which a corner of the bag was sealed closed. Instead of opening it completely before filling it, it was better to rip off the customer again. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had going to see a movie.

This is my go-to theater in stl. Great staff, they are friendly and relaxed. The seats and cinema are fairly new. They have electric reclining seats, that are incredibly comfy, and can be adjusted to your exact specifications. I don't give many places 5 stars, but I'd give bnb 6 stars if i could. They also have a bar outside theater 1! The only minor setback would be that the first 2 rows are a bit too close to the screen, but I've still enjoyed films sitting that close. Go check it out. They have reserved seating which i love, and a huge parking lot in the back. They are aldo close to pnc bank, starbucks, bread co and Lewellyns pub.

My how the quality of care for their facility and patrons has fallen... these are the reserved seats that greeted us for our "entertainment experience"... maybe the 'generational family' of owners need to spend some $$ on maintenance rather than the celebratory video they show right before the movie starts... the seats in that video looked really nice and comfortable... these, not so much... and, of course, the theatre was completely full so it's not like we could switch seats.... and many of those were in poor condition also...

Sad to have to leave this review. We are a family of movie goers. We see a movie most every weekend. We enjoyed B&B because there are never many other patrons. The theaters are never close to full, it’s like having your own theater many of the times we go. However, it’s a mixed bag when it comes to the staff. Sometimes, there are friendly workers and other times we’ve experienced workers who have terrible attitudes. Usually we just ignore the bad apples working and try to enjoy our movie. Our most recent visits we experienced 2 staff members who were inexcusable. We had purchased a combo and with that hotdogs are lowered $2.50 each. We ordered 4 additional hotdogs with the combo and many bags of candy. While submitting payment my son changed his mind and said he did want a hotdog. So, I asked to add an additional hotdog, too which I was told it would be full price since the payment already went through. I asked why we couldn’t receive the $2.50 for the 5th hotdog and this angered the young gentleman working concessions. I explained that didn’t seem fair since we ordered the combo just seconds earlier. He stood his ground and refused to honor the $2.50 for the hotdog and I asked to please see a manager. A woman came out and I think she must have been new because she had no idea they even offer the deal of purchasing a combo and then hotdogs are $2.50. I showed her the advertisement that was on the screens for the promo and explained to her what happened while the original worker kept telling the manager not to let me have the hotdog for $2.50. It was bizarre that this kid cared so much about not letting us get our 5th hotdog for $2.50. He was throwing a tantrum like a toddler over this, it was quite the spectacle. The manager agreed to give us the hot dog for the promo and this really angered the young worker. I have no idea why he was so poorly mannered and treating good customers this way. This manager however seemed helpful and nice. However, there is a manager, I think the store manager, who is just awful! After reading through other reviews I’m pretty sure we are all talking about the same guy. We had purchased tickets online for the weekend and there ended up being a snow storm coming. I called and explained we would not be able to make it because of the storm and was told we could get a refund when we came to the theater after the storm. We came the next couple days after the storm and explained that we called ahead and we’re here to get a refund. The young girl was nice, but did not know what to do so she got her manager which happened to be the guy that most reviews complain about. He immediately was mad that we were asking for a refund and immediately told me no because the movie had already played. I explained once again about the snow and that I called before and was told it was no problem. Luckily the person I spoke with was there and told the manager. He was just such a jerk! He did give us the refund finally after going back and forth which was so not necessary. He took joy in not being able to refund the convenience fee. I have no idea who promoted this guy, because his customer service skills are...

Currently standing outside of our movie. There is a child in our theater that has screamed, clapped, yelled and barked the entire movie. Tried to give it some time to see if the child would calm down. He never did. Left the movie to tell a manger. Manager’s only solution was to have us switch theaters to the same movie, but we were already 45 minutes into our movie. Manager had a terrible attitude. I saw the same manager sweeping while taking my son to the restroom. I asked if he was able to check in on our theater. He claimed he and another coworker went into our theater twice each and heard nothing. He once again had the worst customer service. He told me he waited for 2 minutes to see if he heard anything and then lied to another customer complaining about the same child and said he waited 15 minutes and heard nothing. That is an absolute lie because the child was not quiet for more than a minute before yelling and screaming. The manager basically accused me of lying about it, which I’m not sure what I had to gain by wasting my time in and out of the theater trying to get assistance. I never asked to be reimbursed or for anything for that matter. I simply wanted to enjoy the movie with my family without the constant interruptions by the child. I’m shocked at this manager’s poor management skills. Even if there is nothing that he could do, he can still absolutely treat customers with kindness and respect. This manager would not give me his name, but I’m pretty sure his name is Jeff. I’ve seen quite a few other not so great reviews about this guy. I’m not sure what makes him so cranky. While leaving, I saw another customer complain about the same child from the same theater and the manager once again denied there was any noise coming from the child. ...

This theater is very nice. It's in a peaceful part of town, very clean. We were staying at the Wildwood hotel across the street, and grabbed some tickets to see Deadpool (loved it).

Pros: Super easy ticket ordering online or at the theater. You can reserve seats online! The theater seating is super comfy and beyond fantastic, there is a lot of space, the seats are electric recliners and plenty of room to move past others if needed.

Cons: (tiny cons/ I'm just nit-picking) Little confusing on ticket pickup, you walk in and are faced with two computer monitors, but not much instruction on what to do with them. Once you figure it out, it all makes sense and you are good to go from then on.

Cinema rooms, I know it is a small theater with 10 movie rooms. It counts 1 - 8 in plain view by looking up and down the hallway. But 9 - 10 are kinda through a doorway to a small bar and you don't notice them, 10 is hidden around a corner behind the doorway to the bar, and 9 is behind a pillar on the other side of the bar room. SO, we got a bit turned around as to where theater 9 was (if you know the theater that sounds silly but we are new to the area so shush! lol). Could use a little sign to point them out, and one to use the computers up front.

A few reclining seats were ripped where they recline, but that didn't interfere with comfort. Honestly, the theater was dark when I walked in and I didn't notice till the movie was over.

ANYWAY, that's the worst of the theater, so it's totally great. Wish we had one like this closer to where I lived, I would go here...
