Edit: I want to add that the owners quick response and hope to make it right was much appreciated and awesome! Faith in my favorite dessert place is restored
I just want to start this by saying, I have been coming to sno to go for yearsssss. I love it. Come almost every weekend and never have problems. Recently, there has been a change in the attitude and quality of what you are paying for here. My most recent experience tonight, has honestly put a bad taste in my mouth about Sno to go and it makes me sad. I order a med double stuff, get all the way home to NO flavor on the icee after the very top, no ice cream in the middle, completely not right. So no biggie, drive all the way back and ask for a remake. Yes, it was 8:55 and they were closing, but I paid $9.08 for essentially unflavored shaved ice. Immediately when I get to the window I see the cashier who rang me up looking annoyed, and I explained my situation and just asked for a new one. there are employees laughing about it and not taking it seriously, then I see the girl purposely make it completely OVER flavored. I’m talking over flowing soup, syrup all over the cup dripping on the counter. They were literally laughing about it as they were handing it to me. I get it, your kids only there for a paycheck, but I’m spending almost $10 for a nostalgic treat and simply just want it made correctly, the first time, after already waiting 20 minutes, driving 10 minutes back home, then 10 minutes back for a remake. I told them I’m not taking that I just want my $9.08 back....

Like Premos, this place is always packed and has a line, but the soft serve is good. They have cones for kids who can't eat too much ice cream. I got the wrong size for my kids. The juniors are good enough for kids. They have other options as well like snow cones. Average price if not buying anything special, $3-4 dollars for a small softserve cone, but it is worth it if you have a taste for it. You could go to McDonald's for the same thing, but the experience at Sno-to-Go is better. You see the same lines at DQ, Brewster etc in the area. It's ice cream you can't go wrong. The location is weird and parking may be difficult when packed, but Yankee candle is across the street and you can park there or in the restaurant next door. I rated it a four because I haven't been adventurous enough to try the...
