BurgerFi — Restaurant in Virginia

In the middle of a snowstorm in Williamsburg Virginia, I decided to go to BurgerFi and pick up some food. I had been wanting to try several of their burgers since I had never been in a BurgerFi before. The three gentleman working were friendly and the place was spotless. I highly recommend eating there but I decided to get mine to go and head back to try the food.

So the first thing I ordered was the cry and fry. It is the onion rings and the French fries together. The first thing I chose was the onion ring and I have to say the crunch is perfect, the flavor of the onion is perfect, but the flavor of the batter is just a little off from what I expected after having eaten onion rings all my life everywhere else. Now I got over that by eating the second one and realized that it's just a slightly different flavor than normal, but it's actually pretty darn good. I would have to give the onion rings here. A would recommend minus.

And now for the French fries. They were delicious and I give them a would recommend. They are a lot like five guys. They have the skin on them and they're very tasty.

And now for the burgers. I tried the cheeseburger first. I did add onions to the burger because I love onions on a burger. So after having taken that bite I thought this is a really good burger and I would have to give it a would recommend minus also because it's quite tasty. It's slightly different than everything else on the market. So I was happy.

So then I tried the conflicted burger. I have to say I did not expect it to taste that good. It had the veggie patty along with a hamburger patty. I was astonished about how it added a unique flavor to the standard cheeseburger. It was like adding a hash brown potato to a hamburger and it was delicious. I have to say I give it a would recommend. Yeah I know. Weird huh.

So then I got to the Breakfast all day burger which actually does have a hash brown on it. At first I was astounded about how great it was because I really couldn't taste egg or the hash brown but all mixed up together It was delicious and I have to give it a would recommend.

If I was in the mood for a hamburger and BurgerFi was in the vicinity I would go there and have one of these. It would depend on whether I wanted the breakfast burger or the conflicted burger. I rate them higher slightly than the regular cheeseburger. Even with the onions lol. Fries are great. Onion rings are good. All in all a good place to stop and have a meal. 😁👍

If zero stars was an option I would pick that!!! About three weeks ago I was in Orlando FL and had Burgerfi for the FIRST TIME and it was AMAZING! The food was outstanding, the customer service was wonderful and the overall experience was over the top! Yesterday we visited the location in Williamsburg, VA and it was nasty. We tossed our food in the trash and went to Chick-Fil-A.. I didn't ask for a refund but was so disappointed. Both Soda machines had two options and everything else was out. They had signs EVERYWHERE and even turned away a customer at 7:18 PM when they didn't close until 8:00 PM. They told her word for word "We're about to close so you will have to wait thirty minutes". We asked to dine in and they brought us our food to go because they wanted us to leave, please keep in mind we ordered at 7:00 pm! Food quality was NASTY, we ordered onion rings and received THREE yes THREE onion rings. My husband got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was undercooked! I was so sad leaving this establishment because I knew how good this franchise was. Please Please Please send someone into that store to clean it up.. The food can be so good when it's run by someone who...

I am so very disappointed in my order. Just got delivery through GrubHub. I ended up paying $42 for two burgers and one order of onion rings….and the food was barely edible. First…not one of the items was correct. The onion rings were burnt and so salty, We couldn’t eat them. My daughter’s Plant based burger was wrong. They put toppings on there I selected to leave off….there was maybe two drops of ketchup and another tiny drop of Mayo…..and the clincher is….it was only HALF of a patty! When I checked mine…it was two mangled burgers on a bun with cheese and no other toppings that I ordered. The burgers were dry and I kept biting into tiny little pieces of gristle or fat. Very, very dissapointed and I just don’t think it is right to pay so much for such poor quality. Will not be giving them return business. UPDATE….Since they “care” so much, I contacted the customer care team linked below. It’s a joke. All it is is another “rate your experience” form to submit. Never contacted by anybody with even a lousy apology. HORRIBLE way to treat people who are giving you...
