Amazingly friendly ppl, we here a week and everytime we came by with our dog Moxxi someone gave her lovins and made her stay wonderful. We had the prior week in Long Island where ppl hid behind desks and stared freaked out of her (an overly jolly Jack Russell, I guess they dont have dogs lol) so she was actually depressed when we arrived (which is hard for her haha) one of the ladies in particular took a shine to her since her pup is under the weather(I really do hope she gets better) and made our puppo the happiest visit and indeed made ours so much better. They were incredibly helpful with finding neat places to eat and ever so kind, I couldn't possibly find fault with either the room or any staff we (especially Moxxi were around) very happy to have stayed here and in such a vastly friendly place and town also, definitely compared to others .... the best time, ty all!!

Location is nice. Parking garage isn't attached but it's pretty convenient. Being next door to Wegmans which is open until midnight is great. You can walk there and spend 1/4th the cost as the lobby store for the same stuff. Staff is friendly. The rooms are laid out kind of funky. I've stayed in two of them and both needed work. One had some drywall repair that was never finished. The other had a shower head that didn't work (they fixed that). Each time I've stayed there the halls had piles of dirty linens and towels left for hours (at least 12). It's not a hostel -- in fact, it's pretty expensive -- so there's absolutely no excuse for leaving the public areas a mess like that. Frankly, it's embarrassing.

I enjoyed staying here the past couple of times! The hotel is well kept and is cleaned daily. There are many hard working employees who consistently sanitize the lobby & bathroom areas while people are out and about. The large/ joined rooms we stayed in were well kept too. We had 3 rooms all together 2 rooms (full bath) that were joined with a kitchen that had a sink, dishwasher oven coffee maker, microwaves and appliances!||**There is also lots to do since the hotel has a workout area that has a treadmill, elliptical, bike and weight rack which is nice. They also have towels and water available. The pool is nice clean and quiet and has a hot tub. ||⚠ The only recommendation/ warning is that the breakfast selection is LIMITED in the morning. They do have a couple of options like cereal, yougurt, and a few VERY FEW items like muffins/biscuits but they are really dry. They have a couple of packaged breakfast sandwitches/fritadas that are limited and the one I got was expired on March 13 and I ate it on April 16th without checking the date!!!! ||I know this may sound a bit overkill but breakfast ends at 10 and the food is limited and rarely refilled and the only reason I say this is because a mom and her 3 kids tried to go down to the lobby at 9:50 to grab a bite and there was nothing for their family to eat and no refills either so definitely a "first come first served". They were leaving later that morning/ early afternoon so there is a travel inconvenience because of their limited supply of food.||Besides that I have absolutely no complaints but would recommend stopping at Wegmans across the street and pick up some breakfast items to avoid the stress!!||Again super great place with nice staff and pets...

Highly do not recommend. I have stayed with Marriot Bonvoy and Fairfield Inn from Eastern PA to Utah many times between business for corporate planet fitness operations management and family travel. This is our preferred choice for affordable and comfortable stays. I have never written a poor review for any one of them until now. Thick curly hairs in the pool, which I cleaned myself before my son swam. (He wouldn’t even put his head underwater after seeing what we pulled out.) Gym was filthy. Moldy and grimy shower liner and curtain. Front desk wouldn’t answer the phone around 9pm l, when we found out there was no body wash. Beds were absolutely awful. My husband and I had a terrible night’s sleep. Spilled (soup?) and trash remained in the elevator for 24 hours. This is by far the most unclean and uncomfortable Fairfield Inn I have ever been to. As a business owner and previous ops manager myself, I believe in making the front desk staff aware first so that they have a chance to handle professionally themselves. After checking out, I acknowledged my concerns quietly and away from other guests. (My family and I were staying for my son’s state gymnastics meet and didn’t have time to switch hotels by the time we realized it’s condition. We did not ask for a refund or any anything except ownership.) Unfortunately, I received only poor excuses and a disrespectful attitude from the older woman at the desk. Thankful we will not be...
