Old School Pizza — Restaurant in Williamsport

This is worth negative stars. The workers knew that they gave me burnt pizza and still gave it to me. I was supposed to wait 20-25 mins and i waited 45. They wasnt even busy in there.I went in there and told them that I couldnt eat it and they said why was it too crispy. I said no because it was too burnt. I got the $30 combo meal. They didnt offer to replace it or offer anything except tried to give me a slice of cheese pizza to replace their error. I didnt take it.That was just insulting even more so to offer me something that costs $1 when i lost $30 worth of food. I never had a problem with this place until now. So if you order take out or get it delivered pizza to your house this is what you may expect and when you complain they will try to reimburse you by trying to give you a slice of cheese pizza to compensate you. (Pictures included) I got the 2 one topping pizza wing n soda deal for $30. Those are pictures from each of the pizzas. (Couldnt eat neither pizza.) Update: other the free slice of cheese pizza that I didn't accept because that wouldn't fix their mistake. Never got my money back and they never fixed it. My chicken wings was a lil under cooked but I was able to fix that part so I'm not complaining about that. I tried to see the owner but she magically became unavailable. I know she be in there in the mornings til early afternoon most of the time. I saw her most of the time when I came in there early. So that seemed strange that I could never get ahold of her. The ppl that was working there the night I came there they didn't care about customers or the quality of the food they are serving due to my Convo with the girl both of her and the cook knew it was burnt n they still chose to serve it to me. After they had me wait past the allotted time they gave me. They weren't even busy at that point in time. So I ended up wasting $30 plus tax because I was never reimbursed with edible food or a refund...

Ordered delivery at 5:45pm on a Wednesday evening. I was told "about an hour". I called at 7:29 inquiring about the status of the order that I placed almost 2 hours prior. I was told by the girl on the phone "yeah, we're really busy and we only have one driver so you're just going to have to be patient with us." I asked "okay, so the food is going to be cold and soggy when it gets here if it's been sitting made for over an hour" to which she said "no, he has a hot bag". Obviously this conversation was going nowhere. At 7:41 I then received a phone call that a part of the order was no longer in stock. 2 Hours after it was placed. I was told they couldn't refund the money but she could give me a credit. After this experience and not even so much as an apology for taking OVER 2 hours on a wednesday night, I informed her I would very likely not be ordering from them again so a credit isn't going to do me any good. I was told "okay, I'll let them know." Nonchalant and apathetic. At 8:09 the food finally arrived. Mozz sticks are ice cold. Pizza is soggy and undercooked. I'm incredibly disappointed. If I had been told it was going to take over 2 hours, I would have went and picked it up. The food has always been good when I go and pick it up and if I had been told up front that they were that understaffed and backed up, I would have done just that. The thing that is most offputting is the shoulder shrugging, apathetic, nonchalance I was met with when I expressed that I was STILL waiting for an order placed 2 hours previous. I for a few years after it first opened was telling individuals that it is one of the best pizza places in town. The pizza then declined in quality for a couple of years and i would tell people it is like hit and miss such as getting a pizza that is awesome and then getting one that i wish i had my money instead of the pizza such as maybe depending on who is making the pizza such as some people care alot more than other people and so on. Well then it went to having a pizza i would never pay money for how i mean and i stopped going there for about two years and i thought well i may try one and maybe get a awesome pizza and when i went there again the other day i got a pizza that i wish i had my money instead of the pizza. The pizza was almost like buying a pizza crust with almost no sauce and almost no cheese per se which maybe that is how the owner wants it to try to make more money or something such as by cutting expenses on products,but at the end of the day they have less money because i don't even eat there at all anymore pretty much and i use to get pizza very often from there because it was as i mentioned of being one of the best places in town to get pizza. Maybe the place will improve and get to make awesome pizzas someday such as it is so enormously disappointing to work so very hard,so very efficient and such and then the wealth i had to work so enormously hard to get be used to pay for pizza that i would rather have my money back such as my hard work that i did was wasted on paying for such pizza that so enormously...
