On 12/28/24 I ordered a variety of appliances from numerous vendors which included a sink from Cleaveland Bargain Warehouse for $249.68 which included approximately $35.83 for shipping.
On 1/2/25 I received a bill from them for an additional $47.17 as they had apparently miscalculated their shipping. I almost cancelled the order, and regret that I didn’t as had I known it was going to cost almost $300.00 I would have just bought it from Home Depot for $30 more. But I was in a hurry and sent the funds. Later that day I received an email telling me my item had shipped even though UPS showed it hadn’t. They showed only the label had been created. When I called to ask when this might physically ship, I was told it already had. When I told them UPS said otherwise, I was accused of calling the person a liar.
By 1/3/25 everything else I needed for my project had arrived even though I was still waiting for Cleveland Bargain Warehouse to get around to shipping this sink.
USP shows they actually received the sink on 1/4/25 at 7/01 P.M.
On 1/9/25 the sink was delivered. I was shocked and relieved the box showed no signs of trauma which suggested the contents didn’t either.
As our contractor had to be rescheduled because of delays getting this sink, on 1/16/25 we removed the old sink and took this one out of the box only to find it was DAMAGED ON 3 OF THE 4 CORNERS to the point it can’t be installed on a flat counter, and is effectively worthless! Given our circumstances we had no choice but to go to Home Depot and buy the same sink for $329.00.
When I called Cleveland Bargain Warehouse to report this no one answered. When I emailed them pictures of the damaged sink and requested a refund, all I got was “Sorry to hear your item got damaged in shipping. We can assist you in filling an insurance claim.”… even though it seems rather obvious the sink was damaged before it was boxed and shipped as the box shows no significant trauma.

   Read moreOrdered shower doors online and they told me shipping is not included. I asked for a shipping quote so I can pay and get it shipped but nobody responded. I've called at least 5 times today but nobody picks up the phones.

UPDATE 7-1 They replied that they would be reaching out to me to arrange it and have it shipped the next day. We are three days later and nobody has reached out. Very unprofessional.
UPDATE 7-3 They reached out and said they'd be going to the warehouse to arrange it today but nobody is reachable and it's already 5pm. Clearly this will not ship before the holiday weekend. This is very frustrating.

Most likely due to this piece being bought and returned to Home Depot and then resold by CBW. We had a plumber install the faucet but since a piece was missing, they had to come back out. We were charged two trip fees + labor + we had to pay delta for the part. We called and called and messaged CBW but no one ever returned our phone call.
