I went here yesterday with my friends, and I ordered a bowl with chicken. Instead, I was given steak, there was a glob of guac that I didn't ask for, and the food was only slightly warm. After just a few minutes of eating, it was already cold. (I ate in the restaurant, and not even five minutes later everything was cold). It all tasted great, just wish I got my correct protein and that it was warmer.
To make it even better, my friend's birthday was just a few days earlier and she catered from here. You'd think that a place that doesn't sell fish products wouldn't have cross contamination? Wrong. One of my friends at the party was allergic to shell fish, and somehow there was cross contamination that caused him to have an allergic reaction.

I did witness one event that is more than just a lack a training. The customer ahead of me ordered nachos. The employee serving him, Leon I belive his name tag said, was very rude to the customer.
