DareDevil Improv — Local services in Wilmington

I chose Daredevil Improv for a team building activity for my crew of escape room game masters. From jumpstreet Adrian was very easy to work with. The process started as an informative inquiry and a zoom meeting to establish some goals and expectations I hoped to get from the event.

Adrian came in focused and ready to work. Our event ran super smoothly and met all of the objectives I hoped to achieve. After some slight trepedation at the beginning my staff overcame the fear of embarrassment and really embraced the improv mindset. The entire event ran in a very logical manner and progressed quickly. This is training without a net that my team was able to come away from with some new skills as we deal with customers daily. Wallflowers were able to shine and support each other through the entire activity. Would higly recommend any company that has to interact with customers and provide top notch customer service to use Adrian and Daredevil Improv...

I love DareDevil Improv. I moved back to Wilmington from Los Angeles where I studied at all the big schools: UCB, Groundlings, Second City and was so excited to find a warm improv community here in ILM. The owner, Adrian brings years of experience from Chicago and is a good teacher who uses positive feedback and gentle constructive tips to improve his students. Chad, who mostly teaches the sketch classes is a wonderful teacher with lots of energy and passion for what he does. I recently attended the 6 week Sketch Comedy Writing 101 class with Chad Fogland it was fun and informative. It was a great beginning foundation of sketch comedy. It teaches you how to recognize “the game” and heightening of sketches that the class brought as examples from their favorite sketch shows. You learn to craft short sketches using the correct industry format for the sketch writing. You learn to review, edit and receive feedback from the class. It is very welcoming environment I would highly recommend this class to anyone who may be interested in sketch writing or understanding the sketch...
