I was here yesterday to get my nails done and it took over an hour just for a full set. They made my eyebrows too thin, i wasnt pleased. I couldnt get my lashes done either because the lady wasnt in. So i was told to come back the next day. I came back the next day and was asked to come back because it would be a wait and i couldnt bring my baby in. No children under 5 because of the chemicals which i understand a lil but what if i were a single mother and didnt have the support for someone to watch my child. I feel like they should change that policy and make a sign bring your child at your own risk, or something along that narrative. I left and came And came back after dropping my child off. And ive bern waiting for almost 1 hr and a half when they told me the weight would be only 30 mins. Smh. At this time this is the only salon in wilm. De that are doing lashes otherwise i would have been left not only that i wouldn't have come back after being asked to not bring my son. It wasnt like i just brung him i also had my 8 yr. Old and my son was in a carseat and he could have sat in his seat in the waiting area with his sister keeping an eye on him. Its only 2 ppl working in here right now. I feel as though i should have went before the girl that just got here because i came right back but instead they did her nails before my lashes. Never again will i come back!!! Not only is the service slow it wad also an inconvenience getting here because the whole street is blocked off due to some sort of construction so i had to park 2 blocks away. I came back at 1030 im still waiting and its 1152. And so called the person isnt here to do pedicures today smh. They need more workers and the ppl should all be here at once. Today was the worst experience i ever experienced all my years of going to the nail salon to get pedicures never had a problem about a weight limit yes i am a heavy set person who is very insecure they got my money i paid for and once i was getting ready for my pedicure the owner stopped me to tell me that the chair is a weight limit now i never had this problem before with other nail shops but this one took it there i was fine when i was there but it really hurted my feels because why embarrass me in front of your clients i never knew it was a weight limit or maybe it just this business i will never return again after today amd if you continue to support this business then your dumber and desperate to spend at an establishment who body shames people who spends their...

I have been spending money at this place of business for years, today was my last visit. My heavy-set friend was discriminated against due to her size. She was initially approved for a pedicure service by the owner, but then surrounded & interrogated by 3 employees, asking of her weight. They advised the weight limit on their pedicure chairs was 225 lbs, and told her NOT TO TURN ON THE MASSAGE SETTING so their chair doesn’t rock/move under her weight.
