I can’t recommend Luxor enough! I discovered Luxor after an exhausting apartment search when every other option in Wilmington fell short. From the moment I walked in, the leasing manager, Sarah, made me feel right at home. She quickly found me an apartment that perfectly fit my needs. While I was in the leasing office, I overheard Sarah greet other residents, and it was clear how much they loved living there—everyone had glowing feedback!

Beyond the incredible staff, the building itself is top-notch. It’s well-maintained, spotless, and packed with amenities that make living here feel like a luxury. My friends who live in other buildings are always eager to hang out at Luxor because it’s that impressive! The maintenance team is also fantastic—my only maintenance request was handled the same day, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

Another standout feature is the sense of community. The residents are warm and friendly, making it easy to feel at home. We thoroughly enjoy our stay at the Luxor Apartment. We were assisted by Tim for the tour, then Sarah single handedly assisted us during our stay. We had an issue with the washing machine, Sarah kindly helped us with the temporary use, we had it replaced in no time - thanking the Maintenance Man (did not get his name). Sarah has always keep us informed with the events, schedules etc efficiently.

Great location, walking distance to downtown Wilmington, Amtrak Train Station, and Riverfront area. We enjoyed the amenities provided by the Luxor. Parking garage is a great option to consider. Regular events take place for the residents to get to know each other. Package Room is simple and straight forward. Pet friendly apartment. Anthony the Maintenance gentlemen is around all the time to assist everyone.

Even though our stay is cut short due to a job relocation we have enjoyed our stay, Sarah and Tim still give us their assistance in the paperwork matters and offers help for our out of state move.

I have been luxury apartment hunting in DE for the better part of 3 years with no success until Luxor. It was love at first tour and I immediately applied that night. From the moment I scheduled a tour until the signing of my lease the experience has been phenomenal. Scheduling a tour was simple. Tim was responsive, flexible and willing to work around my busy schedule. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Sarah who I immediately liked. She was warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the building, leasing options and the surrounding area. She answered all my questions without hesitation. The apartments ticked off every checkbox for me. Stainless steel appliances, spacious, SUPER secure, elevator access, high ceilings, functional storage in kitchen and rooms, garage parking option, useful amenities and some bonuses I did not anticipate (bike rental program, door to door trash service, etc.).
