Visited suite 4 Eleven on 5/22/22. Went there on the recommendation of an acquaintance. Here is my detailed review in the following areas.
Reservations - If you dont have reservations, then you have one of two options. Depending on how many is in your party, you may be standing, because the venue is small so therefore not many chairs. Option two will be to get a booth and they aren't cheap especially at the last minute; a word of advice, plan ahead especially if you are an out of tower.
Security - They have so much security there, Ft. Knox may need to step their game up.
Music - Music was good. You could definately catch a vibe.
Atmosphere - The atmosphere and the ambience was cool, definately not what I expected as the location was really small.
Food - Food was great. Ordered the Hennesy wings, with fries, they took a while to come, but when they came, it was all worth the wait.
Hookah - Hookah was doable. Wasn't the best. Reason being, I had to pull too hard just to get a smoke.
Bottle girl (Shan) - So I had to make a note of the bottle girl that provided me with bottle service as she deserves the recognition. She goes by the name "Shan". Fellas she is an easy 11 in my book. Besides that she was very accommodating. She was always checking in on me and my party. Like I said she deserves the recognition for the excellent service that she provided me with.

two things that knock it down to 2 stars:
it was pretty empty on a thursday before 10pm. still had to pay a $20 cover. not the worst thing in the world, but kind of annoying considering it's in a wilmington strip mall.
(this is the big one) the music was LOUD. like, permanent-hearing-damage loud. like, the music is loud even in the parking lot. there was nowhere in the room to escape the overwhelming blare from the speakers. i've never even been to a concert that was as loud as that bar. i like loud music too - but there's a line, and suite 4 eleven hop skipped and jumped over it.
so overall, good experience, except for the large potential for hearing loss. good lesson for next time: if i pull up and it's loud outside, imma just mark it a dub and promptly turn around and go home.
edit: they replied to the review saying that i should expect it to be empty before a certain time, so i should clarify: i'm not pressed that it was empty before 10:30 on a thursday. that's expected. i'm disappointed that there's a cover during very empty times. usually bars and lounges have free/reduced cover if you come before 10/11. but like i said, minor in comparison to the noise issue.
