I don't usually come to this location, but today my sister and I were out in town and she wanted to browse around and treat herself, so we decided to stop in. Upon entry, I was asked to leave my sons diaper bag at the door on the floor 🥲. Now, I understand people steal, I've worked in retail myself, but I wasn't on that type of time. My wallet and personal belongings are in the bag as well as diapers for my kid and other diaper bag materials. The store isn't but so big, you would see if I were trying to steal. Especially if trying to stuff something into an already full bag. My sister and I were truly disgusted and decided to leave. You have a man standing at the door, if someone were to steal, he'd be your first line of defense. I shouldn't have to put my bag on the dirty floor to accommodate for the fact that other people steal. This is the first time that's ever happened to me...

The sizes run small in the xx3 sizes, nice clothes and I really like my jacket. Except for the PJs are 3x fits like a 1x. But everything else is still cute and comfortable with the quality and size. Really like for the budget and go out feeling better than before and small changes to better one's self care is possible here and smell good for all of the fragrances in the store, sunglasses, oh my goodness shoe's and boot's on cute selections. My first time in this location & I only gave a 2 star because of the nice collection of clothes, but OMG, the customer service in this location is by far the WORSE I've ever encountered! Not only was the young lady very agitated when you asked any question, she walked around the store looking like she hated her job . After 10mins of me shopping, she then went behind the counter to have her lunch, out in the open 😳 5/6/25 The taller lite-skinned lady, should be reevaluated or trained in Customer service ASAP.
