if I could do a zero I would. Purchased an item from this individual through their ebay store marked as a NEW item. After going back and forth with AT&T about my product I was finally informed that I was sold a stolen good. The individual in charge of this store ebay page recommended I do an insurance fraud claim with apple and claim that my ipad was destroyed so they could give me a new one. They also took their sweet time in running it through a supposed scrubber to clear the device and get it off the stolen list. Once that failed I was then offered 200 dollar refund for a 1100 dollar purchase so I could then buy a hotspot from them. RIIIIIGHT let me buy another product you probably know is stolen as well. This place is shady and has horrible skillsets in righting THEIR wrong they did to their customer. I do not recommend this...
