Try as I might, I cannot rave enough about this place and the owners more if I tried. I wanted to throw a surprise Sweet 16 birthday party for my daughter and I could not find the right venue, either the place was too expensive or it didn't meet my needs/requirements...I was ready to give up the idea of a party. Victor reached out to me via a third party site and asked all the right questions (namely my budget) and we quickly came to an agreement. I visited the venue that same evening and was smitten right away so I put down a deposit of my choosing to save the date and signed a simple, easy contract. This place is AMAZING.

There is a lounge area, bar area (which was not used because the guests were 16), casual tables, a dining section and a large, beautiful dance floor equipped with a raised DJ stand. This venue is big enough to comfortably accommodate 150 people. The bathrooms have 3 stalls each and are very large and clean, it looks brand new. The dance floor has many different colored lights or just plain lights that can be adjusted. The speaker system is superb. There is a parking lot with ample space in the back of the building which is really important if you are having a party or event and there is parking along the side of the building too.

Victor provided us with ample time to set up the party and was patient with us when we were cleaning up after the party and ran over our prearranged time. He allowed us to use their tables for the buffet and even took the trash out for us. The adults at the party kept complimenting how amazing Victor was during the 4 hour party.

My daughter had the best birthday of her life and I can honestly say it would not have been possible without this venue. She and her friends had the best time and I was able to afford a party for her because of Victor's generosity and his awesome venue.

I can’t wait to revisit this venue again!! Simple contract, affordable, clean, modernized, moderate but cozy inviting atmosphere. The owner accommodated me with an extremely early setup. Professional throughout every phase of our business relationship. I feel his flexibility was suburb! My sons 2019 graduation Party was a hit!! Hats off to the sitting areas iron rod marble designed tables with chairs, on the house serving tables. Accommodating bartender for the adults in my family, with beautiful large bar sitting area also (Of course no teens were served). Heightened DJ area with supreme suspended speakers.. awesome volume range, dancing floor swirling lighting, controlled dim allowance for lighting. Hats off again to VIP section. And roped off area for family and friends on my A-list. Large and separate men and women’s bathroom. Almost left out two free large parking areas to accommodate up to 300 guests. No restriction on outside catering. And even the outside had that upscale welcoming appeal. Air conditioning throughout!! It made it through all our line dancing, etc. Dance floor area moderate but still I would give it 5 stars!! Almost forgot, the owner was available from the day I signed the contract and even after the function was over, he exceeded his flexible timing and allowed my ballon persons to pick up items the next day!!! This was not our agreement but he simply went along with the program and didn’t charge me extra!! The next time... Yes there will be a next time, I will be certain to video tape it!!! The owner, the working staff, and the modernized venue made my Son’s Graduation a night to remember!! Best kept secret in downtown WILMINGTON!! Thank you 9th Mile Galleria!!

only posting one star cause i have to. this place is extremely unprofessional. the owner was 40 minutes late to let us into our party. we only have 20 minutes to set up. the bartender didn’t show up until 4:30... 2 and 1/2 hours after our party started. drinks were over priced. barely got compensated for the time we lost. WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. let me make it clean that when we changed the time we made the start time 1 hour after not before there was no reason for his staff to show up 45 MINUTES LATE. if our party was due to start a full hour before.
