Terrible store don’t go here unless you have no other choice. My husband and I got behind on payments due to health issues etc. I called to let them know that we would not be able to make a payment and Kathy was extremely rude to me. I was trying to ask when they could come and get the items and when I tried to say that we were not going to be home because we had a lot going and we wouldn’t be home she rudely raised her voice at me and cut me off saying everyone is going through stuff when I was just trying to ask when they could come and get the stuff. She then avoided the fact that she had an attitude when I tried to bring up the fact that , that’s all I was asking and then wanted to be all nice I’ll never get anything else from this store. It’s really sad that she has done this to multiple people and they just let her continue to be rude and mean to customers....

I only selected 1 star because you have to select one. I wouldn't even give them one star. I made a payment on Monday and then they drafted another one today. I haven't been on auto draft since the 1st month. But since they failed to note my account, I will now pay overdraft fees when my phone bill clears tomorrow. The over draft fees will take my money to go home to my family for Christmas. THANKS A LOT AARONS FOR RUINING CHRISTMAS FOR ME AND MY DAUGHTER. Unfortunate experience due to bad attitude from staff. My husband and I entered the store, and the woman who greeted us was nice, and chipper. When we began to browse through the store, a different employee; an elderly blonde woman, was very rude to us off the bat. Instead of informing us politely that we would have to visit a sister store in a location in the county that we lived, we were instead met by a rude attitude and a condensing tone. I’m not sure if it was because of the tattoo’s on our arms, or the way we dressed but it was a very bad experience and would 100% NOT recommend her as anyone to handle or be apart of the sales team, this is NOT a bad review against Aaron’s, only the employee inside who thought it okay to speak to us the...
