Went in on one 03/03/21 to look at a couple handguns and see what else they had that looked like it would be nice to add to my collection. I went to the gun counter and no one was there. So I went looking and walked through shoes and spoke to someone and went back and 2 guys were there looking someone. I told them I had already been looking and no one would come so they walked off. They came back with a guy and he completely ignored myself and another couple that had already been there. He doesn't even ask for ID and started pulling guns from the case and then tells them he has special stuff put up in the back for "special customers" and runs off to the back. The entire time I'm standing there and not even been acknowledged as a customer neither was the other person who got mad and left. I continued to stand waiting just to hear him tell them when the guy was trying to buy shotgun shells for a 22lr which means the guy didn't even know what kind of ammo it took that he had him covered that they also kept ammo in the back for "special customers" and that he was throwing it in at no charge. Now I have been to this store before and bought guns and so have a lot of people I know and never have we been given discounts or anything resembling special treatment that was done. You could tell he had never purchased a gun before in his life and from the way he acted probably never shot one either. This was the 5th time I have been to this store in the gun area and been completely ignored by the staff in the last month. My brother got the same treatment last time he went and ended up going to Greenville to a different store all together. This is ridiculous how they are...

My boyfriend and I went to purchase a trolling motor today at the Wilson Dunham's. First the guy didn't really seem like he cared to check in the back to see if they had more available. Once he did of course they had the one like we wanted. When we got to the front to check out I showed the lady a coupon for 20% off if you sign up with an email. She said I couldn't use that one because it didn't have a barcode even though it clearly said NO BARCODE NEEDED. So my boyfriend said to just use his coupon that he got in his email for 15% off. She then said we couldn't use that one because it just didn't work. She made no effort to ask a manager to come help or anything. She just stood there looking at us like we were crazy and the only people to ever use a coupon. We left without purchasing anything. Once in the truck I figured out how to do the email coupon another way. So we went to go back inside and they said the store was closed. It was 4:59 and they close at 5:00. I completely understand that no one wants to stay late but our item was literally still at the counter. Also we would have already left with our purchase if anyone would have actually tried to assist us. And this isn't the first issue with this store. I have had multiple problems with exchanges, customer service and oh yeah the time that they unlocked the door and walked in on me in the dressing room WITHOUT even knocking! Went to this store to browse their selection of AR-15's on January 3rd, 2021 (Sunday). Saw a decent rifle made by Radical Arms for $597. Asked the employee to see the rifle, after providing my ID I looked over the rifle and really liked it. The employee asked if I was going to purchase, I said I would but money was tight at the moment. Which he then informed me I could make a down payment of 20% to put it on layaway so nobody could sale/buy it. I hopped on that offer, payed $123.XX and it was officially no longer for sale(to the public). I come in this store a WHOLE 5 DAYS LATER(January 8th, 2021) to make the purchase in full and bring MY AR-15 home; after signing all the paperwork, they have the ever loving nerve to tell me THEY SOLD IT AND CANNOT FIND MY GUN..... I wasn't even going to spend my money on it the first place! Now I am out over $100 and have no gun. They told me they will be searching the neighboring stores for the EXACT weapon and will be offering me a discount(let me tell you it better be a good one). I have shopped at this store ever since they opened in Wilson, NC; I've spent quite a lot of money here over the years and if they can't make this right they will never receive my business again or from anyone I know. I mean what kind of company promises you a service with a down payment and screws you not even 1 week later.... I will change or remove my review if they can satisfy me with the rifle I payed for.
