Cypress Creek Lavender — Local services in Wimberley

This was such a fun stop in Wimberley!

When you first enter the store, it smells AMAZING! Lavender, of course. They have many nice products made with lavender, but so much more. Among the offerings were interesting books, jars of honey and honey products, cute gifts, and LOTS of fun and reasonably priced jewelry. Both my friend and I bought several pieces of jewelry there. The woman working in the store was helpful, charming, and fun to talk to.

I tried their lavender vanilla body butter and absolutely loved it! It is super high quality and very moisturizing. They had sugar scrub right next to it, and I don't really care about sugar scrubs at all. So I bought a jar of the body butter and couldn't wait to get home and use some. To my dismay, I had mistakenly grabbed the sugar scrub. I was just visiting Texas, with a day trip to Wimberley, so I knew I wasn't going back there anytime soon, and I was soooo disappointed.

When I got home to Seattle, I emailed the store and told them what happened, and that I'd like to mail order the body butter. The owner of the store was super responsive and assumed it was the store's fault, and wanted to bend over backward to make it right. When I told her it was my mistake, she was still super nice and happy to send me some jars of it. It turns out, I used the sugar scrub and it was so good it changed my mind about sugar scrub and I ordered an extra one of those, too!

So I highly recommend a stop here. Great products, interesting browsing, and awesome store...

I love love love this little shop! Immediately when you walk in it smells amazing, from all of their lovely lavender products. They have the cutest items; I got a graphic tee, lavender lotion, lavender tea, cute stickers, a magnet, lavender lip balm and a book!
