Drinks were fine, but the two girls behind the counter were rude and snide. I asked if they had a bathroom and they let me know there was a public restroom in another building. That was all fine and dandy, but when I sat back at my table they must have thought I left to go use the restroom and began talking loudly about people asking for the restroom. It started with something simple like "didn't we used to have a sign about no public restroom" and then became "Ugh, the next person who asks me about a restroom I'm just going to tell them to go use the tree outside". I was still sitting right there at the end of the counter. This is after their loud conversation about what they were and were not allowed to do at previous restaurants they worked at because certain body language ect. was uninviting to guests. They clearly never understood that lesson. That was my first and last time I will ever go there.
I am editing my previous review because the owner was so prompt in contacting me and trying to resolve this issue. My experience there was still awful, but I I will raise the rating from 1 to 3. To the two young ladies working that day, perhaps the service industry is...

Read moreThe coffee shop was super cute. I made my order of cold brew with cold foam and the cold foam wasn’t too up to par because their frother wasn’t working properly. So I asked one of the young ladies to add whip cream and said “please just let me mix this in first” And she ignored me and put the whip cream on and walked away, not acknowledging me.
Also I asked one of them where the rest room was - and she blurted out “that way” and no eye contact. I had to ask another one of them while the other girl who I ordered the coffee from ignored me.
It was a disappointing experience at such a cute coffee shop.
I also understand people have bad days - I can definitely address this type of bad customer service assertively - but I honestly didn’t want to be bothered. Seems like both of the rude girls working needed a hug tbh.
Don’t think I’ll ever be back when traveling through. The town was adorable and every other experience we had...
