The Gypsy Market for sure sets the standard for customer service! I have never received such quality assistance from any other establishments. To say they went above and beyond to help would be an understatement. I went to the store on vacation and seen something I wanted. I unfortunately couldn't go back to the store and get it. I went out on a limb and sent an email to the store inquiring about this item. Not only was the response time impeccable but the willingness to help me was incredibly. They even sought out this item at other stores to help me get one. Meaning they would profit nothing! I asked if they could ship the item they had. I gave them the wrong shipping information by accident. They noticed right away when the package was undeliverable and reached out. Then they worked with me and the post office to ensure this matter was corrected. The amount of time The Gypsy Market put in helping me essentially they profited nothing yet jumped through hoops to ensure I got this item. They did so with a positive attitude and a happy heart.
