Do NOT buy from these charlatans! Bought an aymethist pendant from them for my future daughter in law. When I got home, I took it out to photograph it and noticed two chips in the side of the stone. I called the store and asked what we could do about it. The man said, ‘no exchanges.’ I asked if I could return it and he said, ‘no, that’s your problem.’ I said I didn’t think that was very good management policy, and he said, ‘I don’t care what you think.’ Then he hung up on me! Extremely rude and horrible people! Their jewelry is sub-par...

After a great experience, the next purchase was extremely disappointing. Never have anything you value etched by these folks! I have had five and dime friendship bracelets with better quality. I could have used a nail and it would have been better. Ruined an expensive money clip. We were finally given a refund for the etching but would not give us back the purchase price of the item. BTW I specifically asked who did the work and Hugo’s wife indignantly said Hugo. We are long time residents of this area. Never will step in this...
