I brought my computer in and wanted to find out what was wrong, I asked that I be called with any updates, mostly because if it would have ended up costing too much to fix, it wouldn't have been worth it. They didn't really call me until towards the end. The bought a cable which ended up not working, then when I came in, my laptop was taken apart, they didn't put it back together. The guy told me he would have to charge me to put the computer, that was in one piece when I gave it to them, back together. They charged me for the cable, and when I said they didn't fix it, they gaslight and shamed me into just paying, then they kept the cable that they charged me for. The customer service was terrible, their business practices were shady, and the person that worked on my computer was a jerk. I have taken my PC in for service multiple times and I have purchased another PC from them for my boys and later taken it back in for upgrades. Jim and Chad are patient, responsive and have, on numerous occasions, worked beyond their normal business hours in order to accommodate me. Dimension Computer has a quick service turn-around and their prices are very reasonable. Jim has made special trips in order to purchase hardware for my machines and has gone out of his way to work with hardware manufacturers in order to obtain warranty service on my parts rather than just selling me new hardware. Not once did he respond disinterested or make me feel ignorant. Jim was able to make several corrections, updates, and replace hardware all in the same day.
