My wife and I had a fantastic experience when buying a vacuum here. The owner was incredibly helpful and spent a considerable amount of time explaining the differences in models. He never tried to up sell and made sure we found the model most suited for us. He even included a few extra attachments at no extra cost which was so greatly appreciated.

He even took it upon himself to get my information and fill out the 10 year warranty card to ensure the vacuum is covered. They are a certified service center for the Sebo vacuum that we purchased so any issues we might have can be resolved at the store.

They recommended to me a Riccar SupraLite machine, and it has more than lived up to their description of its virtues. I LOVE doing the vacuuming with this machine. Its two speeds adapt perfectly to the needs of both our hard floor surfaces and our carpeted halls and rooms. It's bag is the most easily removed and replaced vacuum bag I have ever experienced. Its suction gets anything on our floors up without difficulty. I've never been happier with any vacuum my wife and I have ever owned.
