Terrible experience. Would NOT recommend.
Initially, we were excited by the selection and prices, but the experience soured when it came to delivery. The order was placed on Dec. 18 of '21 and we were told it would be delivered in 3 months. Never got a follow up call, we always had to initiate the calls. In April we were told the shipment was lost. When pressed, we found out the wrong item was ordered. They did offer another model for us to take home, but in a lower quality leather and without the lumbar support or moving head portion in a slightly different color. They were upset with US for not settling for the lower quality couch (was hung up on more than once). For $3-4K items I expect a higher level of customer service.
