On 10/30/21 at 627pm Heather and I am not for sure of the other ladies name helped me buy 61 dollars of Clinique products. Which usually when you spend 50 you get a little gift of some sort. I received my gift and they had the 7-Day scrub in the little gift bag as well as makeup removal and All about eyes I immediately handed the 7 Day scrub to the cashier letting her know that it's too harsh on my face and skin would love to have the dramatically different moisturizing gel add it to my gift bag instead. Mind you I'm already handing her something back brand new, She kept apologizing but didn't do that LOL I took a picture of what I wanted added to my bag which is something that I got when I've brought other products before and that was in my gift bag. Ultimately they took the time to match my skin and that's the reason I came to Belk but, I just felt a little upset that it couldn't have been switched out considering I'm saying it is harsh on my skin and handing you the brand new bottle talking about the dramatic gel smh Several other employees would have switched it out. That's why you're getting 3 stars and not 5. On 7/12/22 I was going in there to get my normal All about eyes and her about the promotion going on basically I'm going to be charged on the 2nd so I can get the seven piece gift from Clinique!! I'm not for sure of the lady's name that was there on the 12th but she is awesome! I don't think you guys should get rid of her. It wouldn't let me write a new review so I'm just picking up where I left off eight times out of 10 I have a great experience there I just feel like sometimes The other woman aren't as in tune and don't really care as much as The woman there...

Second this is a good positive and negative review. Thus the 3 star rating.
I ordered 2 hats from Belk. The 1st hat (white/tan) arrived in a crushed box (see pics). I tried to reshape the hat but it has permanent creases in it. Belk cust service offered to immediately send out a replacement as well as sending me a postage-paid return shipping label. I consider this very good cust service.
The 2nd hat arrived in a plastic mailing envelope! See pics. Although the hat is a “crushable” there was no straightening it out where it was wearable. Who sends out a hat in an envelope??? I called Belk and requested a pre-paid shipping label and a refund. No questions asked and they would issue the credit after receiving the hat.
Although Belk was quick to respond to my issues, I likely won’t be shopping there...

My mom wanted to buy some cologne for her husband and after standing there while the associate in the perfume section waited on another customer. After she finished she walked away to a register and rung her up else where. My mom decided that instead of getting the expensive full size bottles and waiting longer, she grabbed some smaller variety packs on the counter to give as gifts instead. When she finished with the customer infront of her the woman said my mom would have to wait while she checked on a gentleman back at the perfume counter. My mom asked if she could ring her up real quick since she only had a few items and she got very rude with my mom. She directed us to another associate across the store. He spoke one word to her and it was “card?”. Really? My mom was wearing her gardening gear and Christmas socks but common courtesy should still...
