Just bought a few pieces of furniture and had a very weird and uncomfortable experience. I was on my lunch break and trying to leave so I wouldn't be late. I had just checked out and tried to take my stuff to my car, now I had been offered help loading three times at this point and had declined because it was small items I could do myself and I was in a hurry, but apparently it is not optional even when you say no multiple times their version of customer service is to push it on you regardless. I tried to take the cart out to my car but the girl told me I can't take the cart out, that's fine, I wasn't aware of that no one had said anything about that but it was fine, I honestly don't care, I just needed to leave. So I left the cart and pulled my car up. A woman came out with the cart, I'm assuming is the manager, explaining to me about how customers can't take the carts out and offered again to help me explaining further that they're required to help and going on about how this is the way they do things, but her tone and mannerisms were confrontational and she was acting as if I had some kind of problem with any of it. I really hadn't said anything until then and told her I had already declined help 3 times and I didn't want help, she tried to argue with me about the way they do things, so I just took my stuff off the cart so she could leave. It was weird, uncomfortable, unnecessarily confrontational and made me want to get my money back but I didn't have time because I was already a few minutes late. Wonderful store! Always love my time spent there. Unique products with great quality.

Today was first upsetting experience as another customer approached my wife and myself while we were looking at a product we had just decided to buy and says she is buying that and a store employee was coming to pick it up for her. We asked the employee about store policy as we were wanting the product as well and she had not purchased it yet. It unfortunately escalated when the other customer continued to interrupt us while we were speaking to the employee. As awful as all that was the staff was nothing short of purely professional.

This is the best store to find things great items we bought a trash can here it is kind of broke but they knocked it to a lower price so I’m not gonna say anything about that but the people working here are absolutely rude we found a really nice tree we asked what it was called and she just sit there and didn’t reply but was sure to inspect the 50 bill and didn’t even try to help was very rude didn’t even say it thank you the tree was 300$ so she could of had more money but she acted rude and didn’t wanna help I love everything In this store but some things are broke so you have to check the item before purchasing but I have a bigger problem with the workers they...
