I have been in here 3 times, first time I bought a fancy weed eater and the owner was nice and talked a lot.

Second time I went in to get PVC pipe I saw the owner and he talked my head off again seemed very friendly and was extremely helpful.

The last time I went in I asked the owner to help me find a sprinkler part that he didn't have and he offered up a good alternative solution that I just didn't want to try, I told him I'd probably just like to stick with the part I was looking for and he got visibly upset, shoved the part back into my hand and told me bye, than walked away, was a very strange encounter, I'm not sure I want to continue supporting this business. I called to see if they had something in stock the guy I was talking to said, “I can’t get it in until about November.” so I said I will try to find something somewhere else. In the meantime, I found someone who had it in stock, but this guy called back to let me know they could get it within a week which is great but I already found one. I told him I was able to find it somewhere who had it in stock because I need it much sooner and at the end of the conversation he said, “you found some thing in the last 30 minutes I was talking to my sales team. I've only lived in Windsor for 5 months and already I love this hardware store. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They give good advice and have a fantastic selection of items for a smaller hardware store. I like to give my business to a local entity--especially if they have great customer service. I've been to big-box hardware stores and staff are too busy to even stop and ask if you need help. You practically have to force an interruption to get someone's attention and then they often have no clue where something is located. I'll stick with...
