I’m not one to leave reviews on google (good or bad) but after today I need to. I came to this store to return items from an online order that did not fit. There was only one women working by the name of Lisa. (I felt bad as it was a Saturday). When I put my items on the counter and handed her my receipt the first thing she said was “are you going to put your phone number in? Well I guess I’ll do it” then she proceeded to ask me if there was anything wrong with the items to which I answered they didn’t fit. As she’s returning my items (there were five) she tells the whole line behind me “sorry everyone it’s going to be a few mins” the customers behind me were cool and one even said take your time , to which Lisa replied “I’m not going to take my time but this is going to take some time because they didn’t come from the store”. This whole time she’s addressing customers behind me and I’m getting more and more embarrassed. Then she gets to an item that was a cardigan and LITERALLY said and I quote “this didn’t fit you?” …. Who says that??? The worst part was she forgot to return one of the items in the system so I walked out with a refund less then what I should have had. So after an hour phone call with corporate and me explaining what transpired in that store the rep refunded me the correct amount. I left that store humiliated. Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Do NOT go shopping here if you have a younger child. I came here with my teenager and 3 year old daughter. My 3 year old does have a lot of energy but she is a child!! The manager was so so so rude told her she couldn’t get something that I was buying her and took it away from her…. Then accused her of taking something out of a box, clearly made it obvious that she was annoyed and making faces and rolling her eyes at my THREE year old!!! I finally had to say something to her and tell her she needed to grow up if she couldn’t handle a child…. The fact that a grown women was being extremely rude to a 3 year...

Okay, let me first start off by saying I think this store is cute and has a nice atmosphere, BUT the manager’s behavior is unacceptable. Lisa is her name apparently, since I asked for her name after a horrific experience. The manager blatantly body shamed and humiliated my friend in front of other people, making jokes about how thin she was by saying she needed to “eat way more food and go out to eat and stuff yourself (while laughing in a snarky manner)” My friend, who struggles with an eating disorder, and left this place in tears.
