Five Guys — Restaurant in Winter Garden

Ordered a small Cajun fry with my order and after waiting as 5 orders after my number were called. Why aren't orders handed out in order? Anyhow, I was handed a regular fry instead of Cajun, receipt clearly says Cajun. Okay, people make mistakes, but the manager (I assume black shirt) gives me a big eye roll when I pointed out the mistake and asks me if I want them to make me another fry... well yes, I do, or take the ones you made and put Cajun on them... I don't care, my response was to her was, "However you need to rectify the order, do it" so with a smirk she turns around in a big harrumph and drops another fry and then proceeds to side talk to her employees about the situation. It is what it is, but I've been coming to this Five Guys since it opened and I've NEVER been even closley shown this kind of attitude before. Makes me sad, oh well, I doubt I'll come...

Again!! I Was exploring for early dinner and I decided to try Five Guys and want understand what’s the secret behind their success because all walls are decorated with news articles and magazines stuff. I have ordered double cheese burger and medium fries and waited excitedly. They serve food in paper bag and was like soaked in oil and I opened my burger that I couldn’t bite everything falling apart and bottom of bun was soaking wet that I felt like a eating dough and meat wasn’t seasoned , without mushrooms and onion mixed almost tasteless. And fries they called “Fabulous Fries” wasn’t I expected as well and was too soggy and soft and I wish to have it at least crispy fries that I can give more stars. @Five Guys; Sorry guys but your invention team really needs to go for secret shopping and improve the burger and charge dollar more if necessary but let us eat...

An informal pizza and burger place in Winter Garden with fast service. I asked for a Gluten Free burger and they gave me the option of lettuce instead of the bun, which was great! I had a wonderful experience because I had my husband in the hospital and forgot to ask for my drink. The nice cleaning lady saw I was nervous, confused and in a hurry. So she kindly asked me if I needed something. I told her I had to get in line again again to get a drink, and she said not to worry, the drink is on me! She served me my drink with a big smile and I was almost in tears. I have recovered my faith in people and there's a very special one in this Five Guys...
