This establishment should consider hiring an experienced manager with restaurant experience as well as customer service skills because the owner is obviously lacking in both areas.
My husband during his work break ordered takeout for me and dropped it off at the library while I was studying. When I opened the stapled bag (by the way the bag doesn't need 10 staples to keep it shut) I noticed there were no utensils for my salad or the soup I ordered. I called the restaurant and Drew answers which so happened to be the owner. After advising him there were no utensils in my takeout order he blamed my husband for not asking for them and told me that they are not just given out in takeout orders. He didn't ONCE apologize even though I told him I'm not at home and nowhere near utensils with no car and my husband is driving back to work and cant come all the way back to go to publix to buy some. He was so arrogant and said "SO WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?" YES, that was his answer ladies and gentlemen. In a sense yes, at that moment there was nothing he could have done but a simple" I'M SORRY" would be nice or if he offered something for the inconvenience since i had to toss almost $15 worth of food away I might have been more understanding. I did answer to him " Ummm a refund would be nice since I can't eat this food with no utensils or refrigerator to keep it for tomorrow." He advised he can only do a credit card refund over the phone. That was my only option and answer from him. I definitely wasn't going to give this unprofessional owner my debit card number I only had with me, am I nuts? I had to hang up the phone since his rudeness and being unprofessional was unnecessary and I had no time to be treated in this fashion especially after I gave this guy money just to get in return disrespected for THEIR mistake. I talked to my husband about it and he said he asked if there were utensils at the counter and his staff said it was in the bag. Yes, he should have doubled checked but any place you order food to go, heck even Panera gives you utensils!!! I mean it is TO GO right and she said she put them in there!
It's a shame since every GREEK restaurant I've been to my whole life the owners are sooooo hospitable and live to satisfy their customers who without them they wouldn't be able to survive in any business!!! This is definitely not authentic GREEK hospitality but just some franchise owner trying to make a quick buck. I wouldn't be surprised if most of these reviews are fake since franchise owners love to post them on Google for people to get excited..
Drew, please stick to being behind the scenes and stop being cheap and give all to go orders utensils!!! Oh and do yourself a favor and hire a manager to be the face of your business who will be able to handle the customer service, since you have no clue how to deal...
Read moreI’m a regular at Little Greek Restaurant in Winter Garden, visiting about once a month, and I must say, it never disappoints. Unfortunately, I can’t share the photos I’ve taken on my visits, but I can vividly describe my consistently delightful experiences.
Every time I visit, I find myself gravitating towards the Chicken Kebab Platter. The chicken is always perfectly cooked - tender and flavorful. This dish, accompanied by their potato salad, fresh, crisp green salad, and yellow rice, makes for a fulfilling and delicious meal. The salads are always fresh, and the rice has just the right texture and flavor.
The sauces at Little Greek are worth a special mention. The dressing and yogurt sauce they serve with the platters are creamy and complement the dishes beautifully. On my recent visit, I noticed a hot sauce that I hadn’t seen before. I’m excited to try it on my next visit, as it seems like a promising addition to their already impressive lineup.
Desserts here are a must-try. I often indulge in their Chocolate Mousse Cake or a Cannoli, both of which are absolutely delicious. The desserts always taste fresh and are the perfect way to end the meal.
The atmosphere at Little Greek is welcoming, making it a great spot to meet a friend, which I often do, usually after a shopping trip. It’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy great food.
I highly recommend Little Greek Restaurant in Winter Garden to anyone who loves fresh, tasty Greek cuisine. Their consistent quality, delightful menu, and friendly ambiance make it a favorite of mine, and I’m sure it will...
Read moreI eat here from time to time as the food is decent. However, on 09/15/25 @ 6:42pm I stopped to get some take out and received the absolute worst customer service you can imagine. I ordered my food and asked for some additional sauce. Cashier said no problem. The food was taking a bit longer than usual so while she was packing the to go order I noticed she did not include the extra sauce and asked nicely, "I asked for some additional sauce". The girl snapped back at me and said: "I'll have to charge you for that!" I said "OK", "I asked when I placed my order". The girl pulled the receipt and said; "You didn't pay for extra sauce!" in a nasty tone. I said, "sure no problem. I assumed they did when I placed my order". She continued to snarl at me and made comments under her breath to another co-worker. I went to the guy who took my order and he said "yes, you did ask for more sauce". All this attitude and rudeness over .25 cents of sauce. The right answer should have been: "Sure, let me get that for you". Instead, yet another person who hates their job and despises customers who express their preferences for the food they buy. Here's some advice: go work somewhere you don't come into contact with people. Better for everyone that way. I will drive a little farther to the Hamlin Greek store the next time I...
