I love this store (and the brother store next door, John Craig). Whenever I have a special occasion or an event or just feel like buying something nice for myself, this is one of the first places I will go. The staff is extremely helpful for example, Parker, Kevin, or Daniela. They really take the time to help you pick out something nice that goes well together and will look good on you without trying to pressure you in buying something that they know you won’t love. The service is top-notch and makes the buying experience that much better. What I would really like to mention is how Daniela went absolutely above and beyond in helping me get ready for my wedding. Absolute white glove customer service and she helped me make sure every detail was perfect with multiple fittings and alterations done as needed, which were included in the price of my first custom tuxedo. The process is amazing and I would highly recommend it for anything that you think you might be keeping for a long time, such as a tux. They really do a fantastic job and are really passionate. I ordered a custom vest for my wedding. The customer service seemed great during the sales process, but they never delivered the vest. They said they could get it in 4 weeks, but it was back-ordered almost immediately, the lead time stretched out to 8 weeks, and there was apparently nothing they could do about it. I had to get one from another source. I think another company overseas actually makes the custom clothes, and John Craig just enters the "custom" measurements on that other company's web site. If that overseas company gets delayed, this store can't do anything about it. You might as well just measure yourself, order your custom clothes from the Internet, and save 50%. I went to this store based off a recommendation of a friend because I needed a suit for wedding and this store did not disappoint at all. They were extremely helpful and welcoming, Daniela walked me through the entire process. She was willing to answer every question I had, gave me multiple options before came to any decision and had it altered until it fit me perfectly and I felt comfortable in the suit. They even had the suit pressed so it was ready to go for the wedding. They have gained a customer and for anyone looking to buy a suit I would 100% recommend them whether you want to build one from scratch or get one...
