I purchased a pair of pearl earrings . When I took them out of the packaging I noticed one was broken. The very next day I brought them back and asked for a refund. The sales person said she could fix the problem. I didn’t want to take a chance of them breaking again. The sales manager said we only give store credit and there’s a sign on the counter stating so. I didn’t notice the sign when I purchased the earrings. It was Xmas and lots of shoppers at the checkout counter. The earrings were defective and were made very poorly. Buyer be ware. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau . They were extremely nasty with me . Unfortunately, I have a store credit card they gave me which I’ll never use. Very poor...

Today is my birthday and I went into this store because I know they have really nice things. I purchased this great bud vase for $108.I went to Adjectives which is 3 stores down and saw the exact same vase for $49.99. I went right back to Frank gift shop and asked the girl to match the price, give me an additional vase or void out the sale since it had just be done 10 minutes prior. She said NO to all of my choices and said she could only give me a store credit and was extremely rude!!!!$50 dollars more!! This is a travesty!!! Do not buy anything here without checking adjectives, or online!! I can understand if I waited 2 weeks but it was literally 10 mins and it had not even posted to my credit card!!! Went here my first time today. Good golly is it cute!! So many beautiful items, curated books, jewelry, home accessories, etc. The best part of the visit is two fold: (1) the beautiful shop dog was taking a nap but let me pet him and (2) I think the owner was there. She was so unbelievably nice and sweet. Based off of her customer service alone, alone I would recommend her store. But their stuff is beautifully curated and all high quality too.
