I was really excited to try this place. I checked their instagram and saw amazing nail art and thought it would be a good fit. When I called to make an appointment, I know in hindsight I should have asked for a more experienced nail tech. I showed a bunch of photos of things I liked. I just wanted something simple. I showed a photo and video off instagram. The first nail that was done did not look like the photo at all. She was very nice and said she did feel bad for not giving me the nails I wanted. I was there for 4 hours. I did get many layers of gel taken off that took almost 2 hours. But the art that was done was supposed to be pretty simple. The end result is my nails looking like a beige camo print. It’s just not the look I was going for at all. I was fine and was willing to take her up on her offer to come back to repaint my nails. However, the comment she made when I was checking out was her simply trying to blame me for her lack of skill. I’ve seen enough hair stylists and nail techs that like to gaslight their customers instead of just admitting they did not do a good job. She mentioned that there was a miscommunication between what I wanted in my “mind” and what she thought I wanted. I don’t see how showing a photo and video could be left for misinterpretation. It was a quick video of simple brush strokes. It should’ve taken 30 mins for the design at the most. But I sat for 2 hours. And it had to be wiped off several times because of streaking. It was just not the best experience. I would’ve given the salon another try. But not after the comment she made trying to place the blame of her work onto me. I do realize that personal accountability can be difficult thing though. The entire process took entirely way too long and the passive aggressive comment could’ve been left unsaid. During my first experience, I had to coach the technician. I had to explain that the nails should all be the same length. I should definitely not have to explain this, I think is pretty standard. I got a gel manicure and it started chipping around 6 days, didnt even last a week. The pedicure I got that day wasn't too bad, but it was winter and cold outside so I was more worried about my manicure, which fell short.
I gave them another shot recently and only got a pedicure. The technician was really nice, but my feet look weird when I left. She painted some of the toes so that the polish is in the middle of the nail with so much empty space around it, the nail looks extremely smaller than it is. So much of the nail is not painted. Not only that but it is only on some toes not all, so they look disproportionate. I don't think the pedicure will last as long because of the amount of space around the nail polish.

I recently visited this nail salon with my mother for her birthday, hoping to treat her to a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the opposite. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff seemed completely disinterested. My mom wasn't greeted with any enthusiasm, and she felt ignored as if she was invisible.
One of the things my mom was looking forward to was the complimentary beverage they usually offer, but that never happened. It's a small touch, but it makes a difference in the overall experience. It felt like they were cutting corners and didn't care about making customers feel pampered.For the price we paid for her nails the talent from her technician was not matched.
