Avoid this company at all costs! They are HIGHLY disorganized, dysfunctional, and refuse to accept responsibility at any level. We were so excited to use Suzanne and her team, however they did nothing but disappoint us, and nearly ruin our ceremony. Her staff is always late, they stress everyone out, they’re extremely unprofessional, and cuss up a storm IN A CHURCH! On top of our music being played incorrectly. My guests were nearly irate when coming into contact with this company. I strongly suggest you find anywhere else, or contact the venues directly instead of using Suzanne. If you are unsatisfied Suzanne will only call you a liar, and refuse to reimburse what should be given to you. She also will shy away from answering your calls or emails, knowing well they are in the wrong. We’re in a mess of a process with this company trying to get our money back.
