Had a bad experience today, went in to use the Koles cash, and an extange a shirt for another item. They said that we can do it without loosing the Kholes cash and just extanging the product we originally bought for something else. We did not ask for a refund simply an extange and to use the current 10 dollar Kholes cash. It went well until we went to the cashier. The cashier was very nice and tried to help by calling someone to verify. A lady came up to the cash register and very rudely said that we lost the Kholes cash because we could have only extange the shirt for the exact same shirt in a different size which did not make sense what so ever. We just wanted our coupon but after the lady's tone I just wanted to get out of there. My friend was in there with me and was able to make an extange no problem 20 minutes before. Something went wrong with ours and they told me we where not allowed to do thay. The cashier was very nice, but the two manager like lady's basically did not try to help or look into their system to see what they can do. Not good customer service. The product is good the cashier is great. Their overall management services is terrable.
Overall my wife and I just stood there lisiting to the manager tell us it can't be done, we did it wrong, we lost the Kholes cash, but not once did they say sorry for giving us misinformation. We left with out arguing and pretty upset. At the end it was not about the 10 dollars it was how we where treated.
Warning for anyone who goes there management does not care, they won't try and fix the situation or attempt to fix the situation they will just tell you someone else messed up. So it's best to...
Read moreWent to Sephora to check out sprays for my daughter. Seen some sprays that were all gone and only the tester and No associates were to be found so I grabbed the tester and went to the front cashier waited for an associate. A gal with black hair was behind the register and I then proceeded to ask her if she had that tester available for sale or if they had any extra. She goes yes they do they just left it behind the counter because it keeps getting stolen. I purchased my product and then grabbed the tester to put it back and I let the associate behind the counter know I would do so. She said ok.
Another associate who might have pronouns I can’t remember I apologize. But rushes up to right into my space asking if I need assistance aggressively as if insinuating I was stealing pointing at the tester. I go I just purchased this spray I was just putting this back. The associate behind the counter then proceeds to start chuckling not to validate that yes I just purchased and I had offered to put the item back. It’s extremely disappointing that after making a purchase and trying to just put back what I brought up to the counter would create that behavior from your associates in the Sephora cosmetic section.
I returned to product because of the behavior. I understand that their maybe extremely high theft going on that’s very frustrating. But there is is way to pin point those behaviors. Better training for customer service. They clearly lack esthetic/beauty advisor product knowledge and are using google to address client skin care questions. Your better off at ulta up the street. Hopefully Sephora can help...
Read moreI came here on Sunday to do an Amazon Return. I had to walk a very long distance to the back of the Store to get to the return counter. I let Tony, the guy behind the counter know that I have never done this before and so I do not know how it works. Tony helped me a little bit, however I kept having to ask him for assistance. My phone initially would not link up with their Wifi- then finally it did and I continued to follow Tony's instructions, but was having more complications. He was the only person behind the counter and he Never did call or request someone for backup so that I could receive further assistance. Of course I did not want to hold up the line. I was obviously flustered, and still no additional help or assistance, and still not working. I eventually gave up and left. Now I am stuck with a product from Amazon that I am not happy with and do not want. I found the whole Situation to be of Poor Customer Service. And what is the deal with the WiFi in this store? It completely scrambled my phone and I had to reboot it four times just to be able to make an outgoing call. My husband was elsewhere in the store looking around while I was attempting to do my Amazon return and I was trying to call him to let him know that I was ready to go. How ridiculous that I had to reboot my phone four times! Also whoever Controls the Thermostat in this store Really Needs to be Aware of the Fact that it is Always Way Too Warm Inside the Store All Year Around. I Really, Really Miss the Gateway Location!! I have No desire to return to this place for shopping. You have...
