The cookies are great as usual. I was not greeted when I walked in. The loyalty program....I didn't order using my app today which I should have. I ordered myself in-store. When I asked how to input my loyalty info to get my crumbs, she told me I couldn't because I used a gift card! I purchased the gift card myself. I ordered a bunch for a holiday giveaway and had extra. But I don't get the 15 crumbs for my purchase. As the lead employee said, "it's a corporate thing, there's no way for me to do it!"🤔I used another gift card in AZ and they gave me my loyalty points! 🤷‍♀️ Lesson learned i guess, enter loyalty into first and order...

I go this location usually but am considering switching to other locations. I think regardless of the pandemic situation, food processing staffs are better to wear masks in the kitchen, especially when they are making foods. I visited this location a couple days ago, and all the staffs were talking loud, laughing, and giggling as they are shaping and frosting the coockies, not wearing masks. And obviously the staff who brought the coockies to me was in the same gloves that she was wearing while she was handling the foods as I see all the greasy and creamy finger prints on the box. Nope... 3 stars for the previous good...
