Jessica is amazing. I live in GA and wanted to send flowers to friends in Woodland Park, CO. I looked at multiple nationwide online flower delivery services and just couldn’t find anything remotely close to what I wanted. Everything just looked boring and generic, I couldn’t find anything I liked on those sites. I decided to try to find a local shop where I could talk to the florist and I found Yes Dear. I was having a hard time being able to call during business hours but was able to contact her via fb messenger. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but I had ideas. Jessica worked with me and asked questions to help get ideas. My friends don’t have favorite flowers so I opted to go with their favorite colors. Jessica helped me come up with the perfect arraignment with a great budget including delivery. She actually went to the flower market with our conversation in mind to get ideas and purchase flowers specifically for my order instead of just using what she had on hand. I would have never expected to get something so impressive for such a good price. I’m so glad I contacted her instead of using one of those flower delivery websites, I would have for sure paid more for a far inferior arrangement.

Customer service during busy times is terrible. She was rude and told a paying client, my brother in law, who was trying to ascertain a drop off time for his MOTHER’S FUNERAL, that he was being an inconvenience.

Also, just found out that another person that was trying to get flowers whom had already paid was told that her flowers “might be at the visitation, might not” because of…. Busyness? Lack of time management? Lack of ability to turn down or refer clients?

At the end of the day, she dropped off some of the flowers, along with two boxes of cruddy Walgreens chocolates as an informal apology. Also, the latter flowers that were mentioned, didn’t make it to the visitation.

For a funeral and thousands of dollars worth of business coming in, I’m just surprised that a florist could leave such a bad taste in so many mouths.
