Well let me start that our family is a huge fan of the brand and, after this weird occurrence has only strengthened our love and respect for the company. They were having a 30% off sale I ordered 14 pairs to take advantage of the sale. We only had about 5 pairs we had purchased from amazon and directly from the company no problems. Well this is where the story takes a turn completely my fault I messed up the address my computer autocorrected. The package did not arrive and I called them and told them what I had noticed about the incorrect address. They worked with me and did not rub in the fact that this was my fault. They called, emailed, and I even think I texted they were very responsive. I was so stressed because it was a significant purchase. Well the package did not come and, I was absolutely heartbroken the post office basically told me too bad so sad. Sheath stepped up and sent me my order again and did not charge me! Fast forward to 1 month post order disaster the original package showed up to the address. I immediately called the company to see what they wanted to do. I offered to send it back but was concerned of the post office or to let me purchase them it was my fault. They let me buy them and offered an additional discount. You wont buy regular underwear after getting something like this! They feel great and the part that put it over the top for me was the customer service. There was a delivery issue, they quickly confirmed the problem and sent another one right away. Both packages eventually showed up, I let them know I would return one and thankfully they said if they've been opened just gift them to someone or keep it, which was nice of them because my wife thought the second package was the one I was waiting for.
