Taste: 4.5/5 Quantity: 4.5/5 Quality: 4.5/5 Value for Money: 4.5/5 Service: 4.5/5 Hygiene: 4.5/5 Environment: 4.5/5 Overall: 4.5/5
➡️ First Impression: I visited Fiesta Mexicana Restaurant Woodland Park at 420 W Midland Ave, Woodland Park, CO 80863, for my first time, and the amazing ambience and great vibe instantly won me over.
➡️ What I Ordered: I ordered a vegetarian burrito and chicken enchiladas, costing $35 plus taxes, a price that felt absolutely worth it for the experience.
➡️ Taste & Quality: The taste was perfect—the vegetarian burrito was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection with a blend of fresh flavors that delighted me. The chicken enchiladas were equally impressive, perfectly cooked with a rich, tasty sauce that made every bite enjoyable. The quality was top-notch, with clearly fresh and well-prepared ingredients.
➡️ Portion vs Price: The quantity was a little more than expected, leaving me satisfied, and the $35 plus taxes was a steal for the outstanding taste and generous portions.
➡️ Service & Environment: The service was great—the person who served me, an older individual with excellent manners (whose name I didn’t catch), was very good and added to the warm experience. The restrooms were clean, and the atmosphere was fantastic, enhanced by the great interior painting. There was plenty of parking, but I couldn’t find any trash bins outside or in the parking area, which was a minor oversight.
➡️ Final Thoughts: Fiesta Mexicana in Woodland Park is a must-visit with its delicious burrito and enchiladas, great service, and lovely ambience. The clean setting and plenty of parking are pluses, though the lack of outdoor trash bins was noticeable. I’ll definitely return!
Recommendations for Improvement: • Add trash bins outside and in the parking area for convenience. • Keep up the amazing food, service, and...
Read moreHusband and I stopped in for dinner. The restaurant was dusty, the rugs were old dirty and full of crumbs. Definitely needs a makeover. When I come into a dirty restaurant it automatically puts a negative thought in my head that the kitchen is disgusting and not well taken care of either impacting the quality of the food.
The chip salsa was on point and super tasty along with the crispy tortilla chips that come free. The food itself tastes okay. Like most Mexican restaurants I’ve been too. Nothing special. I ordered a burrito and my husband ordered chili relenos. My burrito was just that, again nothing special. My husbands food wasn’t very crispy and he was a bit disappointed with it. My husband also ordered two shots of Jose Cuervo 1800 and loved the taste of them ($6 a shot which is why our bill cost more than usual). Though I do feel the cost of the food wasn’t worth it, over priced.
My favorite part was our waiter. He was extremely friendly and shared some fun stories with us. He made our experience more personal and enjoyable and without him my rating for this restaurant would be worse.
I don’t necessarily recommend or not recommend this restaurant. It tastes just like many other Mexican restaurants. It fills a Mexican food craving. I just really hope they clean the place up some more to increase...
Read moreWe are new to the area (from TX).We had heard good things about Fiesta and we were excited to give them a try. Went in on a weekday (Friday) around 11 am for lunch. Hostess didn't seem to be very friendly or outgoing, we weren't even greeted, just seated. Our server did greet us with enthusiasm, took our drink order and brought us chips and salsa (good). We placed our order with my wife ordering Enchiladas and I ordered a Taco salad. We received our food in a timely manner. My wife said her Enchiladas were "ok", nothing to brag about. My taco salad was less than desirable. After digging to the bottom of the salad I finally discovered about a teaspoonful of hamburger under a pile of (less than fresh) lettuce and tomatoes topped with guacamole and sour cream. Very disappointing! I pointed this out to our server and asked that they provide more meat or I would order something else. He took my plate and went to the kitchen returning shortly with my plate along with more hamburger for the salad. The hamburger was tasteless and watered down. He returned a short time later and we as asked for our ticket. I would estimate that we waited more than five minutes and I still had to go find him and ask again. First time and last time...
