Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Woodland Park

The managers at this store are so helpful and very nice. I had some issues with an online order that was delivered there, and they were so accommodating and helpful with fixing it. This store has a great selection of pet supplies, you can bring your pup in, and the employees always wonder over to greet your pup and give them a treat! It's really such a nice touch, and makes you feel welcome!

Update April 2022- did an online order, it was easy to do pickup and staff were nice.

Update May 2022- love their pet supply selection, it's so convenient to have somewhere local to get things for the pup! 🐶

Update June 2022- here again for pet supplies, love bringing my pup as the employees are always great, friendly, and give pups a special treat. Fantastic customer service!

Update July 2022- been here at least 5 times so far this month with stocking up on house and pet supplies. This store is so great! Always so welcoming of pups, they give treats at the register, and just overall a fantastic hometown store!

Went in looking for stuff to kill the moles that have imbedded on our property. Had no idea where to look, and I must have looked lost. The lady employee came right up to me and walked me over to the items. She was friendly and very efficient. This is why I like coming here! Great customer service!

I just love this Tractor Supply location- so much that whenever we travel I always try to go to Tractor Supply first if there is one in the town versus Walmart or another store. I love all the cute garden and home items they have, the array of pet supplies, and just all of the yard and household items you could need. We are greeted everytime we enter this store and we are thanked when we leave. I have never ever had a problem finding what I need and finding an employee to assist me. Tracker supply store Woodland Park, Today Friday at 14:30, 16 August, I was trying to fill up my propane gas bottle and went to the outside back black gate, which was locked after a while; no staff was in the back in closed area. I decided to go inside the store to inquire how to refill my propane gas. As I entered, the store cashier said something to me, which I couldn’t understand while I was waiting with the gas bottle at the cashier counter. He continues to check out customers. I decided to walk through the store with my gas bottle to the back, as I am familiar with the store layout. I was met by a lady who got upset and annoyed with me for how dare I walk into/through the store with a gas bottle as this is not allowed!! She told me to get out of the store and go back to the back gate and wait for her as she would unlock the gate. As I was waiting at this gate for her to arrive, I noticed that there is no indication or signs to tell customers what to do if the gate is locked and they want to refill propane gas. When she arrived, I noticed she looked upset and was not friendly at all. I told her not to be upset with me, as I didn’t know what to do if the gate was locked. And there’s no indication or signage! to help customers. This made her really upset and “told me that the locals know the system." The rest of the refill process, she didn’t talk to me and made me feel so uncomfortable. The same time as the gate was open, a gentleman brought in two gas bottles and complained about the same lock gate!! I needed a kind of odd item for a project - a large heavy duty syringe to suction brake fluid from bleeder fitting on a vintage Moto Guzzi motorcycle. I had watched videos on YouTube to make sure how to do this. Went to several stores, called even more with no luck. I thought a farm & ranch supply might have this, so called several they did not have this item. Last call was to Tractor Supply in Woodland Park. Told the lady what I was looking for. She put me on the phone with Heather who said she thought they could help me with this. A short, scenic drive from Manitou. Arrived at the store went in and met Heather. She was familiar with what I was trying to do and showed me several syringes in their veterinary supply section. Yes she showed me a very heavy duty syringe that I think will last a lifetime! I’m sure I’ll be doing this again so I wanted a quality item to add to my motorcycle tools. Pleasantly surprised to find someone that understood exactly what I needed. She had helped her husband do pretty much the same thing several times! What’s the chances of that? Heather was awesome! Knowledgeable, knows their products and what a nice lady.
