UPDATE: after telling me they would refund me for the membership of $99 due to their mistake I followed up a week later as I did not receive the refund. Mason told me all checks out and I shouldāve received the refund and he would follow up. Someone else called me back later saying they were not going to refund my membership and tough luck people make mistakes but weāre not willing to make right by the issues then proceeded to hang up the phone on the call. Truly never received worse customer service in my life and hope everyone stays away from this money hungry facility.
Iām extremely disappointed with the lack of care and transparency at this facility. I came to Restore Wellness as I was dealing with dehydration and blackouts, and after my first IV, I felt significantly better. I decided to sign up for a membership, hoping it would help me consistently manage my health.
During my visit, I was told about a $99 introductory fee for new memberships, and I expressed my goal of receiving at least three IVs per month. I confirmed multiple times with the staff that this membership would include three IVs monthly. They mentioned that for any specialty IV, there would be a small additional fee, which I agreed to, as long as it allowed me to get two more basic IVs that month. The team reassured me this was correct and proceeded with my IV. However, right as my IV was finishing, they informed me that there had been a mistake and that I wouldnāt actually receive two more IVs for the month.
I was frustrated, as I would not have chosen the specialty IV or signed up if Iād known it wouldnāt cover the three IVs as promised. I asked to speak with the manager and was told Iād receive follow-up within two days. After no response, I reached out again and finally received an email as they were closing for the day. Unfortunately, they denied my request to honor the original terms and instead offered a free ingredient as compensation, which was far from what I asked for.
This experience has left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a client. I was looking for consistent support for my health, but what I received was a string of miscommunications and unfulfilled promises. I canāt recommend this place to anyone seeking reliable and transparent...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI scheduled a 1030 appointment at this facility one day prior when I came in early for my appointment I informed them that I scheduled an appointment because I was on a time crunch and had another appointment at noon. They assured me that everything would be fine and that they were on time when the nurse proceeded to give me my IV. She bent the plastic piece into my arm and my blood vein erupted and started bursting blood everywhere to which she said, do you still want me to put it in a different arm and I said no I would like for you to continue to put it in the same arm but a different vein as I requested so I can use my right hand to work but you hurt me and she said well maāam I AM only human and I make mistakes, when I told her that is not my fault that you harmed me she proceeded to walk away and said she needed to take a moment and never came back for 20 minutes. She finally came back to another patient and when I asked when she was going to administer my IV she said we will not be giving you your IV today. At this point I had been there almost 45 minutes
She embarrassed me harmed me in front of a room full of people left my arm, bruised, and blood everywhere then refused to give me my IV because she had a little tantrum !
I cannot even believe that a medical treatment facility would have such an immature unprofessional under trained staff member trying to administer IVs with a 5 year old mentality!

After I was signed up and set up with the IV, things quickly went downhill. A few minutes into the session, the staff came over to inform me that they were out of Glutathione and that I would have to choose something elseāsince they couldnāt cancel the session. I was disappointed and frustrated, especially since I was specifically there for that particular treatment.
To top it off, the lack of communication beforehand about the product shortage left me feeling like I was being taken advantage of. I expect better transparency and customer service, especially when it comes to something as personal as wellness treatments.
To make matters worse, the staff member who inserted the IV wasnāt gentle at all. She literally bent the needle that goes inside the vein, which made the experience painful and uncomfortable. I expected much more care and professionalism, especially for something like this.
Overall, this experience felt like a total rip-off. I wonāt be returning, and I wouldnāt recommend it based on how this situation...
