My experience was the worst!!! I ordered from 1-800-FLOWERS and they sent my order to Woodstock Flowers, BIGGEST MISTAKE I EVER MADE! I would NOT do business with this half baked hack job clown college ever again! I will now state my case!
I have been using the 1-800-FLOWERS service very frequently over the last few months, Sending my girlfriend flowers every 3-4 weeks and at first Woodstock Flowers delivered. However the last 3 arrangements i ordered have only lasted 3-4 days before looking like a billboard warning you about forest fires! And the this Saturday was the final straw!
Please follow along,
-Saturday 10am, I order a $75 arrangement( with same day rush delivery)
-Saturday 5pm, I call to verify that they will be delivered by 6pm when she gets out of work, 1-800-FLOWERS calls the shop and they confirm that the drive is minutes away from her salon and she will have them
Saturday 6:15pm, I call 1-800-FLOWERS to see why the were not delivered, the did not get a response but promised they will have it delivered by 12pm Sunday
Sunday 2:30pm, I call to see if the flowers were delivered, 1-800-FLOWERS calls the shop, to find out they are closed!!!
Wednesday 1:00pm, She finally gets the flowers i have ordered 5 DAYS LATER!!! Like i said i have done a lot of orders over the last few months to the same woman at the same salon at the same address. She has a very unique name that i have put on every card every time i have sent her flowers, but they managed to screw that up as well. When you leave 1 little letter out you turn it into a very manly name, so once again Thanks but no thanks to you Woodstock Flowers and Gifts!!!
Honestly gentlemen, you best bet is to do it yourself!!! I will never let this happend to us again! Both Woodstock Flowers and Gifts and 1-800-FLOWERS are a 100%...
Read moreVery disappointed…I called from NC and ordered flowers to be sent to my sister Friday, Saturday at the latest, Mother’s Day weekend.When flowers had not been delivered Saturday, I called during business hours to make sure they would be delivered that day. No delivery, no return call. I called Monday (they were closed), and requested a call back when they reopened with explanation as to why these were not delivered. They re-opened Tuesday and no one called. When I hadn’t heard back late in the day, I called again. There was no excuse, only an apology along with the explanation they had no way to track deliveries that were not made! They continued to say it was too late in the day to deliver to Marietta…..There was no reference to the 3 prior messages, nor reason for not having a return call. They had both my number and my sister’s number. So many missed opportunities to make it right. They could have returned the the call Saturday or realized from that call that delivery was missed, they could have made a point to deliver them Tuesday first thing, then called to apologize the flowers were 4 days late, but had been delivered along with a refund., they could have called me Tuesday just to apologize and tell me flowers would be delivered first thing Wednesday. Neither of these were offered, on top of my having to chase someone down for a response. In the end, I was given a refund, and the option to have them delivered Wednesday AFTER I called them. Read moreI would give them -5 stars if I could. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday which happened to be on a holiday. I ordered them 2 days prior to the day I wanted them delivered. The flowers were never delivered. I called the next day to find out what happened and I was quickly cut off by the owner who told me they forgot to list on the website that they would not be delivering on the holiday and she would just cancel my order. No apology. No offer to send the flowers anyway since they made a mistake. When I called back to ask that they be delivered anyway since they made a mistake, I was again cut off and yelled at by the owner, who proceeded to try and fight with me. There are a million flower shops out there. Take your money elsewhere to people who actually care about what they do for a living.
EDIT: 5/27/20 Per the below, albeit extremely inaccurate, response from the owner, she is very argumentative. And she did not refund my money as promised.
