Came in expecting to buy a pop bar (with a price of ten dollars) but they weren’t in stock. An employee talked me in to purchasing a brand I had never even heard of called orb promising me it would last four times as long as the pop bar I was looking for. Well the vape lasted a whole two hours and died leaving me without nicotine. I returned the next day extremely frustrated to get some sort of compensation or a new device in the hopes that it was one bad device out of the batch and the employee dismissed me as though I had made the whole thing up stating that it is not their policy to refund a tobacco product. Let me put this in perspective it would be like going to a gas station to purchase a pack of cigarettes and opening the pack to find that it only contained two cigarettes and I know for a fact a reputable company like QT would certainly exchange the faulty pack for a fresh one.So not only did they convince me to spend more money than I intended the product they were pushing on me was faulty and the customer service was non existent. I am extremely disappointed and out twenty dollars that could have bought me two of the pop bars I was looking for. To anyone looking to buy a disposable vape avoid both the orb brand and cloud 9 their employees seem to care more about sitting around and vaping than taking care of a customer they have blatantly wronged. Read moreAfter spending well over a $100 at this store I found that my ecig was leaking brought it back immediately and was told they can't do anything about it till a manager was there this was Friday evening finally after multiple phone calls I got in touch with a manager and was told to return on Monday to get a replacement, I then walk into the store Monday morning to sit around and watch two idiots try to fix the vape for an hour and constantly insinuating that it's my fault and that they can't do a replacement until I finally lost my temper and demanded that they replace it not refund it but simply give me a product that was not damaged out of the box, then one walks into the back room and comes at 2 min later and gives me a replacement and tells me that I have to be somewhat technologically inclined to use these devices and essentially insinuated that it was my fault this happened, I was very displeased with customer service and have no desire to return there because of this, please train your employees properly, not to mention when I talked to the manager I was told he himself would take care of me and when I have first walked in one of the 2 idiots claimed to be the manager only to have to tell me he has to speak with his manager, I understand about not telling the full story in a work environment to deal with such issues but the disorder lies and unreasonable way I was dealt with will ensure that I never...
Read moreBeen going here a while and had an ok experience, but today.. We needed to buy a new vaping device for my wife as her old one broke. So we go there, select a setup (not cheap) and ask for some coils. Guy gives us coils, turns out they are wrong ones (he checks just after we pay), vape is a new device we’re not familiar with and he announces they are wrong. Guy apologized for picking the wrong ones but can’t do a refund. Have to wait for the manager. So we go back later to be told, at first, we can’t have a refund, only exchange. It’s their mistake but we need coils so fine. We pick the correct fitment (but not the resistance we really want) and decide to grab some more juice as well to make for the shortfall (correct coils are cheaper). We get to the till and he rings it up and it’s $30. “So what about the exchange?” I ask. “Sorry, can’t exchange, I can do a 20% discount only”. It was their error and they won’t refund or exchange??? Really, really poor customer service. Lost us as a customer. How you handle resolving issues (especially ones your business created) says a lot. Will not use again and would not recommend.
