If you would’ve asked me about this before picking up my order, I would’ve only put 1 star. After receiving my order my review completely changed.

My order was supposed to be ready within 48 hours. When it was past those 48 hours, I stopped in because I hadn’t heard anything. They had told me the wrong paper was delivered and would be here within the next 2 days and my order would be ready. Three days after that, I still hadn’t heard about my order, so I stopped back in to ask. I was told the correct paper still wasn’t delivered. My aggravation wasn’t about my order not being ready, it was because there was no communication and I had to go into the store twice to ask about my order. No phone call or even email received. Normally that would be considered bad business. But continued to wait longer. A full week after I had created my order, I got an email saying my order was ready for pick up. Stopped in to get one paper laminated and I was told it would be an hour wait because he had other things to do that took priority that was higher paying than my one $2.50 paper. Unbelievable. In the time it took to tell me it would be an hour wait he could have done it for me. I would have walked around the store for a few minutes if he was busy. That's not good customer service.
